Amber Alert canceled for 12 Year Old Kentucky Girl

The Kentucky State Police and the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department canceled the Amber Alert on Monday afternoon after the girl was recovered safe and the suspect taken into custody. Code Amber is no longer releasing the girl's name as the suspect has been charged with second degree rape.

12 Year Old Kentucky Girl, 12 yrs., white female, 5'9", 195 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police are looking for Robby Lovins, 31yrs. white male 6'2", 270 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes.

The Suspect was last seen driving a silver Chevy passenger car with unknown Kentucky plates.
