Amber Alert Canceled for 4 Year Old California Girl

The State of California canceled the Amber Alert Saturday afternoon (05-29) after the girl was recovered safe in Los Angeles and the suspect taken into custody. No further information is available at this time.

The State of California issued the Amber Alert Saturday morning (05-29) after the girl was reportedly abducted in Newport Beach late Friday (05-28). The suspect reportedly suffers from mental health issues and the child's safety is of concern.

Symphony Sarah Aiton, a white female, 4 years old, 3' 5", 32 pounds with black hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, a black jacket with leopard print fur trim, pink leggings and pink sandals.

The suspect is Angela Marie Aiton, a white female, 5' 7" , 35 years old with blond hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a U.S. Army necklace and light colored shirt and pants.

The suspect vehicle is a black 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee with California tag number 4AXJ869.
