Amber Canceled for 2 Year Old Florida Boy

The State of Florida canceled the alert Friday morning (09-04) after the suspect became aware of the Amber Alert and called police. The boy is safe and the suspect is being questioned by police. The suspect in this case is the boy's mother but she has no custodial rights.

The State of Florida issued the Amber Alert early Friday morning (09-04) after the boy was reportedly abducted Thursday (09-03) in the Little Haiti neighborhood of Miami.

Daniel Auguste a 2 year old Black male, 2 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 60 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark blue basketball jersey and blue shorts.

The suspect is Victamise Sinor, a Black female, 24 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 160 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.

There is no suspect vehicle information at this time.
