Amber Alert Canceled for 6 Year Old Cape Coral Florida Girl

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement canceled the Amber Alert after the girl was found safe at a Cape Coral convenience store on Sunday morning. The suspect remains at large.

The girl was abducted in Cape Coral,FL on Saturday November 1. She is a black female, 6 yrs., 3' 06", 89 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing turquoise shorts and shirt.

Police are looking for Franklin Smiley, black male, 32 yrs., 5' 7", 160 pounds, black hair, brown eyes.

The vehicle is a 2004 blue Ford Focus with a Hinesville Ford Dealership tag.
