Amber Alert Issued for 2 Year Old Florida Boy

The Winter Haven Police Department and the FDLE issued the Amber Alert on Thursday morning after the suspect took the child at gunpoint.

Diego Batista, 2 years of age. He's a White/Hispanic male who's 2 feet tall 25 pounds black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a diaper.

The suspect is Javier Tapia, a White/Hispanic male, 38 years of age. He's 5 feet 5 inches tall, black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen driving a gold or silver four door Honda with Florida tag A29 3VJ.
