Amber Alert Cancelled for 2 Year Old Florida Boy

The Winter Haven Police Department and the FDLE cancelled the Amber Alert on Thursday morning after the child was located safe and the suspect taken in to custody.

Diego Batista, 2 years of age. He's a White/Hispanic male who's 2 feet tall 25 pounds black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a diaper.

The suspect is Javier Tapia, a White/Hispanic male, 38 years of age. He's 5 feet 5 inches tall, black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen driving a gold or silver four door Honda with Florida tag A29 3VJ.
