Amber Alert canceled for 5 Year Old Pennsylvania Girl

The Pennsylvania State Police has canceled the Amber Child Abduction Alert for the Pittston Township Police Department, Luzerne County. The child has been located safe. No further information on the suspect is available at this time.

Cassidy Betcher, 5 years old. She's 3 feet tall, 40 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes.

Cassidy was reported abducted by William BETCHER, 45 yoa white male, 507”, mustache, black hair, brown eyes, last wearing blue jeans and a white button shirt.

The vehicle is a black 1999 KIA Sophia, Pa registration EDD-1922.
