Amber Alert Canceled for 9 Year Old West Virginia Boy

The West Virginia state police canceled the Amber Alert after the child was found safe. The suspect was also captured. They don't know when the child will be returned to Nevada at this time.

Kyle Brown 9 years old. He is a white male, brown hair and brown eyes. The child is a quadriplegic. Reports state he is also blind.

The suspect is Daryl Brown, no further description is available at this time. He is armed and dangerous.

The vehicle is a green Jeep Cherokee with license plates of 623-RWD which are Nevada plates.
