Amber Alert Canceled for 18 Month Old Dolton Illinois Girl

The Illinois State Police Canceled the Amber Alert after it was determined that the girl and the suspect had been seen in St. Petersburg Florida. Florida has not issued an Amber Alert at this time.

She was abducted in Dolton Illinois around 2 p.m. Friday afternoon October 24. She is a white female 18 Mos., 2' 6", 35 lbs. with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Police are looking for Nancy Bebout Welsch, female, white, 39 yrs., 5\' 4", 150 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.
She is considered suicidal and mentally unstable.
She may be driving a white midsize passenger car with Missouri license plates. Police believe they may be headed to St. Petersburg Florida.
