 Amber Alert Canceled for 11 Month Old Louisiana GirlPosted: Friday August 13 1:10 PM CT

 The West Monroe Police Department and the Louisiana State Police canceled the Amber Alert after the suspect surrendered to Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office.  The child has been
safely recovered and should be returned to her mother.
 
 Jasmine W. Carroll, 11 Months, Black Female, 18" to 24" tall, 25 to 30 lbs. with a light complexion, brown eyes, and 3 ponytails.
 
 Police say she was last seen wearing a lime green shirt with butterflies on front floral print shorts that match butterfly on shirt. White sandals.
 
 Police are looking for Charles W. Carroll, 40 yrs., Black Male, 6' 6", 197 lbs. with dark skin multiple tattoos on chest, arms, and back.  He is bald headed.
 
 Police said he should be driving a blue 1985 Cadillac Deville 4-dr with Louisiana tag KDB636 possibly headed to Houston Texas.
 
 Suspect has threatened bodily harm to himself and child. There is an active protective order use caution if located.
 
 Anyone with information is asked to call the West Monroe police department at  318-396-2722. or dial 911.
