Amber Alert Canceled in Washington State for 15 Year Old California Girl

The Washington State Patrol canceled the Amber Alert for the girl on Friday after the suspect was arrested after a motorist spotted the vehicle and called police. The girl is safe.

Sigrid Castro a Hispanic female, 15 yrs., 5' 100 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.

The Washington State Patrol issued an Amber Alert on Friday for the girl who was abducted February 3 in Paso Robles California.

Police are looking for Edgar Alberto Monge a Hispanic male, 5', 140 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen in Tacoma WA driving a green '95 Chevy Silverado with California license plates, 5C71467.

They are believed to be heading north to British Columbia.
