The State of California canceled the Amber Alert Friday afternoon (07-09) after the suspect and a woman with hi were taken into custody in Susanville. The girl who was the subject of the Amber Alert was not with them and may not have even been in the car. No further information is available at this time.
The State of California issued the Amber Alert Friday afternoon (07-09) after the Girl was reportedly abducted by the suspect in Fair Oaks. The suspect abducted the girl at gunpoint. There is also an unknown adult female in the car.
Unknown Unknown, an Hispanic female, 3 years old with brown eyes and brown hair.
The suspect is Leon Cuahutemoc, an Hispanic male 27 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
The suspect vehicle is an older model pink Lincoln Continental.
