Amber Alert Issued for 5 month Old California Girl

The CHP and the Palmdale Police Department issued the Amber Alert after the child was abducted on this date 9-11-06 in the afternoon.

Joliet Cedano, 5 months of age. She's a female Hispanic 23 inches tall and she weighs 12 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red and white shirt, and blue jean overalls.

The suspect is Maria Ayala a 43 year old Hispanic female. She is described as being 5' 5" and 150 pounds.

The vehicle is a blue 1995 Mercury Marquis with California license plate number 5RSK813.
