Amber Alert Canceled for 1 Year Old Pennsylvania Girl

The Pittsburgh Police Department and the Pennsylvania State Police canceled the Amber Alert after the baby was brought in to a police station. No further information on the suspect is available at this time.

Rahsann Coles, black female, 1 year of age, black hair, 30 pounds in weight, wearing blue jeans and a pink top. She was last seen at 207 Edmond Street, Pittsburgh, Pa Allegheny County at 2:55 AM.

She was reported abducted by a Todd D. Ballard, black male, age 29, 6 feet 2 inches tall 200 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes.

The vehicle is an older white Lincoln sedan, unknown direction of travel. No further information is available at this time.
