Amber Alert cancelled for 2 California children

The Victorville Police Department has cancelled the Amber Alert on October 20, 2006 after the children were recovered safe. The mother was also recovered safe. The suspect is in custody at this time.

Corinna Montenegro 30 years of age. She's an Hispanic female adult 5 feet 5 inches tall blond hair and brown eyes. The clothing description is unknown at this time.

Alyssa Colon 1 year of age. She's got dark curly hair. She was last seen wearing a white top with maroon flowers and blue jeans.

Evan Colon 3 years of age. He's 2 feet 6 inches tall 35 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue sweatsuit with Madagascar decal on the front.

The suspect is Carlos Maestre. The suspect is a Hispanic male adult, 5 feet 6 inches tall 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue shirt and black pants with a tattoo of "maestre" his stomach.

The suspect was last seen driving a stolen vehicle. It is a white 1996 Honda Civic 4 door California plates 3NVH204. We are unsure if the suspect is armed at this time.
