Amber Alert cancelled for 11 month Old South Carolina Boy

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division cancelled the Amber Alert the child and mother were found in Tennessee. The mother had left willingly, and no charges are expected to be filed in this case.

Aiden Duarte, an 11 month old Hispanic male, brown eyes and black hair, 3" and weighs 30 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white shirt with yellow lines, blue jean pants and white socks. He has a birthmark on his lower back.

His mother, Beatriz Duarte was also abducted. She was last seen wearing black pants, a gray shirt and black sandals. She has black hair with red highlights and is about 5 feet 4 inches tall.

The suspect is Oscar Valencia Mendosa, an Hispanic male with brown eyes and black hair, 16 years old, 5" 11" and 165 pounds.

The suspect vehicle is a full sized Black 3-door pick up.
