The State of Delaware canceled the Amber Alert early Tuesday (06-30) after the boy was found safe in Mt. Laurel New Jersey. The suspect was taken into custody and faces a variety of charges.
The State of Delaware issued the Amber Alert Saturday afternoon (6-27) after the boy was abducted by the suspect from his grandmother's home in Lincoln earlier Saturday. The suspect violated a restraining order and is believed to be headed to Pennsylvania.
Zion Duprey a 5 year old Hispanic male, 2' 3" tall, 25 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing blue jean shorts to the knees and a blue shirt with white designs.
The suspect is Angel D. Duprey, a 30 year old Hispanic male, 6' 2" tall, 165 pounds with brown hair. He was last seen wearing no shirt and blue jeans. He has tattoos around his neck.
The suspect vehicle has been recovered in Delaware.
