Amber Alert Canceled for 2 Year Old California Boy

The San Bernardino California Sheriff's Department and the CHP canceled the Amber Alert after the boy was recovered safe in Ontario early Tuesday morning. The suspect remains at large.

Neandre l. Ellison, 2 yrs., Black male, 3'8", 40 lbs. with black hair, and brown eyes, last seen wearing Denim shorts and royal blue football jersey.

Suspect is David l. Bar, 21 yrs., Black male, 6', 200 lbs. with black hair, black eyes, last seen wearing denim Pants, white and red Los Angeles clippers t-shirt.

The suspect was driving a silver Mazda Protege with CA tag number 5djs094.
