Amber Alert cancelled for 3 Maryland Children

The Maryland State Police and the Montgomery Police Department cancelled the Amber Alert after the children were recovered safe. The suspect is in custody.
On January 1, 2006: the Maryland State Police and the Montgomery Police Department issued the Amber Alert after the children were abducted in the early morning hours. The mother was found dead and the suspect and children can't be located.

Tochi Emeruwa, 6 year old black female. (pictured above middle)
Jaachi Emeruwa, 8 year old black male. (pictured above right)
The suspect is Kelechi Charles Emeruwa, is a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 190 pounds.
The suspect is driving a blue Honda Civic with Maryland license plate number MKZ-237.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Montgomery Police Department at 240-773-5035 or dial 911.
