Amber Alert Issued for 2 Year Old Indiana Girl

The Seymour police dept and the state of Indiana issued the Amber Alert on Wednesday afternoon after the child was abducted.

Andrea Evans, 2 years old. She's a white female, 3 feet tall and 35 pounds, with strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes. Andrea Evans was last seen at 11 AM Indianapolis time (edst) at 131 Harrison street Seymour and is believed to be in extreme danger. Andrea Evans was wearing a yellow dress and strawberry shortcake shoes.

The suspect is her father, Thomas j Evans who is described as a 45 year old male white male 5 feet 7 inches tall, 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. he was last seen wearing a teal shirt with a stripe, blue jeans and black shoes. The suspect Evans, walks with a limp, is balding and has a mustache. The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.

The suspect vehicle is a brown, 1991 Toyota Corolla with Indiana plate number 36C5736.
