Amber Alert Canceled for 23 Month Old Arizona Girl

The Phoenix police department and the state of Arizona canceled the Amber Alert after the baby and suspect were located. No further information is available at this time.

Kylee Franklin, Caucasian Female, 23 Months Old. She's 2 feet 6 inches tall, and weighs 30 pounds. She is only wearing a diaper.

The suspect is Joseph Spano, a Caucasian male, 25 years of age. He's 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has brown/black hair brown eyes, and has a mustache. He's armed with a black handgun and a clean cut hair style. He was last wearing long sleeved yellow collared shirt, black dress pants, black shoes

The vehicle in this abduction is a white 2002 mazda protege 4 door sedan Arizona Plate number: 460MAJ. It has light tinted windows and asun roof. Its an LX model with alloy wheels.
