Amber Alert Canceled for 3 year old California girl

The CHP has cancelled the amber alert after the child was found safe. No further information is available at this time.



Sacramento Police issued an Amber Alert Wednesday night regarding the abduction of a three-year-old girl.

Police are looking for a green 1999 Pontiac, Gran Prix, 2 door. The license plate number is CA. 5FRR110. The suspect driving the vehicle is Bennie William Guard, 42 years old. He is 6'2", 235 lbs. with blond hair and green eyes. The missing child is female, white, 2' 6"- 3', 30 lbs, with light brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last wearing a two-tone purple stripped shirt, purple pants with pink and white shoes.

The suspect is allegedly the live in babysitter. The suspect and victim were last seen at 5:30 p.m. last evening after dropping the victim's mother off at Sacramento State University. The victim's mother called police after 3:00 p.m. today. The suspect is originally from the Bay Area. The suspect and victim live at 3100 Jersey Way in the County of Sacramento.
