The State of South Carolina canceled the Amber Alert Wednesday morning (10-07) after the child was recovered safe and the suspect taken into custody. No further information is available at this time.
The State of South Carolina issued the Amber Alert early Wednesday (10-07) after the child was reportedly abducted from hew home in Charleston. The child is believed to be in extreme danger.
Cori'anna Heyward a 5 month old Black female, 2' 10" tall weighing 15 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a long sleeve white shirt and diapers.
The suspect is Corey Heyward, a 23 year old Black male, 6' 1" weighing 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
The suspect vehicle is a 2007 black Dodge Magnum with SC tag number FMG-213. The car has 22" chrome rims.
