Amber Alert Cancelled for 14 Year Old Louisiana Boy

The Webster Parish Sheriff's Office and the state of Louisiana cancelled the Amber Alert after the child was recovered safe. The Amber Alert was reported to be a hoax and no charges will be filed in the case.

Shacorey Hickes, 14 years old. He is a light-skinned black male with brown hair and brown eyes. He's 5 foot 9 inches tall, and weighing 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black shorts, white tennis shoes, and eyeglasses.

The abductors were described as 2 white males, dressed in black, wearing ski-masks, and armed with semi-automatic handguns.

The vehicle was described as a small compact car, possibly a Toyota, which was last seen traveling west on McDowed street (LA highway 163 or 164).
