AMBER Alert Canceled for 14 Year Old Texas Girl

The State of Texas canceled the Amber Alert Tuesday afternoon (07-21) after the girl was found safe in a Brownsville motel. The suspect is in custody at this time and faces kidnapping charges.

The State of Texas issued the Amber Alert early Tuesday morning (07-21) after the child was reportedly abducted in Primera late Monday (07-20). The child is considered to be in extreme danger and the suspect is considered armed and dangerous. Primera is in south Texas just north west of Harlingen.

Diana Izaguirre a 14 year old white female, 5', weighing 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a sleeveless white shirt and gray shorts. She has a tatoo on her right ankle.

The suspect is Victor Garcia, a 27 year old White male, 5?5?, weighing 170 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He has a tattoo on his neck. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants.

The suspect vehicle is an older model black Mercury Grand Marquis with Texas tag 3VGWH.
