Amber Alert Canceled for 6 week Old Ohio Boy

The Ohio State Police and the Columbus Police Department canceled the Amber Alert Monday February 6, after the child was found safe. No further information is available at this time.

Noah Turner Jones, 6 weeks old. was described as 23 inches long, and weighing 12 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a white and light blue knit top, white onesie, a gray bunting gown and dark blue leather slippers.

It is believed that the child is with 34-year-old Sidney J. Jones. He is described as a 5-foot-10-inch tall white man. He is 190 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a red and black Mickey Mouse hat, a black leather jacket, jeans and white K-Swiss shoes.

Police are searching for a red 2003 GMC Envoy with Ohio license plate DHD 5689. The suspect is believed to be in the area of Sixth Street and Reeb Avenue on the city's south side. The alert was issued for Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Hocking, Licking, Madison, Muskingum, Perry, Pickaway and Union counties.
