Amber Alert Issued for 3 Year Old Missouri Girl

The Columbia Police Department and the State of Missouri issued the Amber Alert on Saturday afternoon after the suspect failed to return the child to her mother. The event occured at 1801 West Worley Apt 1D, Columbia MO on Friday, April 20th at 3:00PM. The mother dropped off Nytoria Kelton with Troy Daye on 04/20/2007. Daye failed to return the child and the Plymouth Breeze to the mother. Click for map of Columbia, Missouri.

Nytoria Kelton is described as being a 3 year old Black female, Black hair, Brown eyes, 3'6". 30lbs Wearing: The Victim was believed wearing a burgundy pullover with a zip up front, a red long sleeve shirt with a design, tan Capri pants, no socks and new black and white Reebok shoes.

The suspect is Troy Daye. He is described as being a 35 year old male, Black with Black hair, and Brown eyes, Weighing (Aprox): 180lbs.

The suspect vehicle is a Silver 1997 Plymouth Breeze bearing a Missouri temporary tag that expires on 04/21/2007
