Amber Alert Canceled for 12 year old California girl

The CHP and the Stockton Police Department canceled the amber alert on Thursday night after the child was found safe in Tracy California. The suspect has been taken into custody.

California Girl 12 years, Hispanic female, 5'3", 110 lbs. with brown eyes and long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a burgundy sweater, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

Police are looking for Jose Tomas, 21 yrs., Hispanic male, 5'6", 170 lbs. with short black hair, brown eyes and a cleanshaven face.

The suspect vehicle is a maroon Honda Accord with a broken right rear window covered by white paper.
