Amber Alert Canceled for 3 Year Old Utah Boy

The Salt Lake County Sheriff's Department and the Utah State Police canceled the Amber Alert after the boy was found safe on Wednesday night. The suspect is in custody.

Chaseten Martinez, 3 yrs., Hispanic/Asian male, 3', 42 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.

Police are looking for Timothy Martinez, 22 yrs., Hispanic male, 5'11", 165 lbs with brown hair and green eyes.

The suspect vehicle is a blue 1992 Honda Civic 2 door, Utah tag number 616-LUH. The car is lowered with black rims and has a chrome rear bumper with an S cutout.

Police believe they may be en route to San Diego California.
