AMBER Alert Canceled for 22 Month Old California Girl

The California Highway Patrol canceled the Amber Alert Thursday afternoon (04-16) after the girl was found safe and the suspect taken into custody in Hayward.
Yosseline Carolina Meza an Hispanic female, 22 months old with brown hair and brown eyes and weighs 40 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white long sleeve shirt and beige sweatpants
The suspect is Luis Meza Valdiva, an Hispanic male, 26 years old with brown hair and eyes. He is 5' 8" and weighs 160 pounds.
Ther suspect vehicle is a white Toyota Camry with California tag number 5GBD911.
