Amber Alert Canceled for 5 Year Old Utah Girl

The Harrisville Utah Police Department and the Utah DPS canceled the Amber Alert for the girl after she was found safe in Rawlins Wyoming early Wednesday morning. Miller faces charges of felony custodial interference.

Stephanie Juliet Miller was abducted from her home in Harrisville Utah on Tuesday January 27.

She is a white female, 5 yrs., 4', 42 lbs. With sandy hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a purple top with pink sleeves, precious moment tennis shoes, and a pink coat with blue fur inside.

She has asthma and needs daily medication and has none with her.

Police are looking for Steven Miller, a white male , 5' 5", 190 lbs. gray hair, blue eyes and a dragon tattoo on his left arm.

The vehicle is described as a 1980's blue Chevrolet pickup with spray-painted black rims and a temporary Texas license.

Miller lives in Killeen, Texas and may be headed there. Miller is considered armed and dangerous and has made threats to the child's safety.
