Amber Alert Canceled Tuesday August 5

The AMBER Alert for the 10 year old was canceled after she was found safe with relatives in Indiana. Police continue to search for the suspect.

Kathleen is 10 years old, 5' 2" 155 lbs. She has shoulder-length sandy blond hair and green eyes.


Police are looking for Martin Edward Moore, 36, 6', 205 lbs., white, with brown hair, brown eyes, and scars on his face with a beard and mustache. They were last seen in a 1989 Ford Crown Victoria with Texas license plates M78-YST or possibly a 2003 Gold Chevy Avalanche with Texas license plates LP8ZZG59.
