Amber Alert Canceled for 4 Year Old California Girl

The Sate of California canceled the Amber Alert on Tuesday morning (2-24) after the girl was located with her mother in Mexico. The mother had been deported to Mexico a few weeks ago and apparently arranged for the suspects to take the girl from her fathers home.

Monica Ruby Morales, an hispanic female with short brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a yellow shirt with white print on the front, blue pants, yellow sandals

The here are two suspects in this case. They are both described as Hispanic females in their mid thirties, approximately 5'5" and weighing between 150 and 170 pounds. One was wearing a white shirt and jeans. The other was wearing a pink t-shirt and jeans.

The suspect vehicle is a green mini-van.
