Amber Alert Canceled for 6 Year Old California Girl

The Los Angeles Police Department and the California Highway Patrol canceled the Amber Alert after the girl was recovered safe. The suspect is in custody but no additional information is available at this time.

Victoria Janette Nunez, 6 yrs., female Hispanic, 3', 42 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, and a blue and gray plaid skirt (school uniform) and carrying a green backpack.

Police are looking for Blanca Leticia Nena, female Hispanic, 5'01", 180-200 lbs. She was last seen wearing a light shirt and light gray sweatpants.

The suspect vehicle is a 1995 purple Mitsubishi Galant 4 door with CA tag 5blh844.
