Amber Alert Canceled for 5 year old Michigan Boy

The Romulus Police department and the Michigan State police canceled the Amber Alert after the boy was recovered safe Sunday afternoon. The suspect remains at large at this time.

Malik Omari is a 5 year old black male, about 3 feet 5 inches with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black Allen Iverson jersey over a red long sleeve shirt and red shorts.

The suspect is Maurice Asmar Amica, a black male, 27 years old, 6 feet and 3 inches tall, 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

The suspect vehicle is a red Pontiac G-6 with the license plate number BDE-6849.
