Amber Alert Canceled for 7 Year Old California Girl

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Office canceled the Amber Alert for the 7-year-old girl after she was recovered safe on Friday afternoon. The suspect remains at large as of this time.

California Girl, 7 yrs., Black female with black hair, brown eyes and a fair complexion was abducted in Van Nuys California on Thursday morning.

She was last seen wearing a light blue shirt and pink shorts. She has a 1-inch scar on her forehead.

Police are looking for Michael Outten, 25 yrs., Black male, 6' 3", 220 lbs. with black hair, brown eyes. He has tattoos on both arms.

They are believed to be in a 1996 silver Nissan Sentra 4-door with tinted windows. The car has Texas license plates - D22VCM.
