Amber Alert Canceled for 13 Year Old California Boy

The California Highway Patrol and the Hayward Police Department canceled the Amber Alert after the boy was found safe in Oakland on Wednesday morning. No further information is available at this time..

Ernesto Ozuna, 13 yrs., Hispanic male, 4'6", 70 lbs. with a light brown complexion, black - shaved hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black beanie, puffy black raiders jacket, black pants, belt from Mexico and black shoes.

Police are looking for Jose Ozuna, 38 yrs., Hispanic male, 5'7", 160 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. The suspect has numerous tattoos. One of which is "Brianda" on his upper left arm.

The suspect has priors for domestic abuse and child abduction and has no custodial rights to the child.

The suspect vehicle is a 1991 Toyota Camry, tan, California plates 3KVW243 with a severely damaged windshield.

Police believe they may be en route to Boise, Idaho; Phoenix, Arizona; or Calican or Sinaloa, Mexico.
