Amber Alert Canceled for 2 Hispanic Children in Pennsylvania

The Pennsylvania State Police and the Phillipsburg Police Department canceled the Amber Alert on Thursday afternoon after the children were found safe. No further information is available at this time.

Two Hispanic Children, a 3-year-old male and an 8-year-old female.

These children were reported abducted by their mother, Dawn Velasquez, a 32-year-old white non-Hispanic female.

They were last seen at 3:30 PM on Thursday June 24 in the Black Moshannon State Park, Rush Township, Centre County Pennsylvania, traveling west on State Route 504

They are traveling in a maroon Pontiac Grand Am with unknown Pennsylvania tags.
