   Amber Alert Downgraded for 15 Year Old Florida GirlUpdated: Tuesday 02/10/04 11:09 AM CST
 
 The Hendry County Sheriff's office and the FDLE downgraded the Amber Alert on Tuesday to a "Missing Child Alert". There is evidence she left willingly but she may still be in danger.
 
 Rosa Elena Quiroz an Hispanic female , 15 yrs., 4'9", 98 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.
 
 She was last seen wearing a gray shirt and gray shirt. She was abducted in Labelle, Florida on Saturday February 7.
 
 
  Law enforcement believes that Rosa Elena is in danger and possibly being held against her will by Jose Guadalupe Espita Rodriguez (pictured right), an Hispanic male, 19 yrs., 5'4", 125 lbs.  with brown hair and brown eyes, and  Jaime Espita Rodriguez an Hispanic male in his mid 20s, 5' 3", 130 lbs. 
 They are traveling in a white 1996 Ford Thunderbird with North Carolina plate RZN 8681.
