Amber Alert Canceled for 2 Year Old Arizona Boy

The Arizona DPS canceled the Amber Alert after the boy was found safe at a Flagstaff home and his father was taken into custody late Tuesday.

Joshua Ratcliff 2 yrs., 2' , 25 lbs., Native American male, with black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing green sweatpants and a gray long sleeve sweatshirt.

He was abducted by his father in Flagstaff, Arizona on Monday November 24 after assaulting the child's mother.

Police are looking for Richard Leroy Ratcliff, 38 yrs., 6'4", 250 lbs., Native American male with brown hair and bown eyes, last seen wearing blue jeans and no shirt.

They were last seen in a white 1999 Pontiac Sunfire, with Arizona license 379-GER. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous and has threatened a shootout with police. On 11-25-03, at 3:30 am, there was a possible sighting of the suspect vehicle traveling eastbound on interstate 10 approximately 52 miles east of the Arizona-California state line.
