Amber Alert Cancelled for 4 Year Old Pennsylvania boy

The Lancaster City Police Department and the state of Pennsylvania cancelled the Amber Alert on Tuesday morning after the child was recovered safe and the suspect in custody.

Damian Rios 4 years of age. He is a white-Hispanic male 40 pounds and 3 feet tall. He has brown hair and a light complection. Last seen wearing a light blue T-Shirt with “Baseball” on front with a baseball and bat emblem and matching light blue shorts, with flip-flops. He was last seen at 900 East King St., Lancaster, Pa. at 7:05 PM.

He was reported abducted by Tanya Aguasvivas, W-H/F age 22, height 5’5”, weight 140 pounds, dark brown hair and dark complexion, wearing a yellow halter top and blue jean shorts. Aguasvivas struck an individual with her vehicle as she was attempting to flee from the scene.

Aguasvivas fled on SR 322 toward the city of Philadelphia in a 1995 Blue Hyundai coupe, Pennsylvania registration number FVN5337. Aguasvivas should be considered dangerous.

Anyone with information about the abduction should immediately contact the police by calling 9-1-1.
