Amber Alert Canceled for 9 Month Old Texas Girl

Although the girl remains missing the Texas Department Of Public Safety canceled the Amber Alert after it was determined that the case no longer meets the Amber Alert criteria. Police do not believe the child is in danger although the suspect is wanted on two counts of capital murder in the deaths of his parents.

Shelbie Smith, 9 Month-old white female. The child has a tumor on the right side of her face.

Police are looking for Justin Wayne Smith, 25 yrs., white male, 5'10", 165 lbs. with blond hair and hazel eyes. He is considered armed and dangerous.

The suspect vehicle is a tan Chevrolet Suburban with personalized Texas tag tnt5.

The Suspect is possibly traveling with his wife Elizabeth Smith, 20 yrs., white female, 5'5", 125 lbs with blonde hair.

Police said thy believe the suspect may be headed to Austin, TX.
