Amber Alert Issued for 5 Year Old Utah Girl

The State of Utah and the Morgan County Sheriff's issued the Amber Alert on Friday afternoon after the Child was reportedly abducted.

Jasmine Monique Spens, a white female, 5 years old, 3' 9", 60 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. She was wearing a white polo shirt with an emblem, light brown shorts and no shoes.

The suspects are Julia Jasmine Wheelwright, 25, a Native American, 5' 4", 110 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo across the back of her neck and "Jasmine and Mark" tattooed on her ankle. Wheelwright is the child's mother but does not have custody.

Donald Lee Watters, 27, a white male, 5' 10", 180 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes and was wearing a white tank top and possibly has a black hoodie. Watters has a skull tattoo on his upper right arm.

The suspect vehicle is a tan and grey 4-door 1990 ford with temporary Utah tags. The vehicle has a dent in the passenger side door.

Police say Watters and Wheelwright assaulted the girl's grandmother who has full custody of the child. Police believe they are headed to Idaho, but also have connections in Texas.
