Amber Alert canceled for Unknown 13 Year Old New York Girl

The New York City Police Department has canceled the New York State AMBER Alert on Thursday evening. There is no further information available at this time.

Unknown 13 year old New York girl is a black female. She was last seen wearing a pink skirt and white blouse.

The SUSPECT, Percy Williams is a Black male, approximately 39 years old. He is approximately 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing dark shirt and pants.

The VEHICLE has been identified as a Green Dodge Caravan with New York license plate number DPB8184. The VEHICLE was last seen traveling West on 42nd Street. At about 4pm the above male engaged the missing female in conversation. He then grabbed her around the neck and dragged her into the above vehicle and sped away westbound on west 42nd street. Suspect resides in the Schenectady, New York area.
