Amber Alert Canceled for 14 Year Old West Virginia Girl

The West Virginia State Police canceled the Amber Alert Monday night after the girl returned home apparently unharmed. There is no further information at this time.

Gina Vance, 14 yrs., white female, 5'5', 100 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police are looking for Freeland Vance a white male, 5'5", 130 lbs, and no relation to the girl.

Police said they might be en route to Culloden WV, Columbus Ohio or Cleveland Ohio. The girl is considered to be in extreme danger.

The suspect vehicle is a white 1988 4 door Mercury Marquis with WV tag number 7GU802.
