Waching daily Aug 21 2018

Greetings fellow viewer, My main work, as you may have noticed so far,
I tackle depth psychology and dark triad personalities.
I share some unrelated self-help videos here and there to spice things up while I try to
be original as in my previous one on discipline.
Today’s book, however, couldn’t be less on-topic.
I am not teaching mind control, neither does the book.
It merely exposes the tactics for self-defense purposes.
We start off with a distinction.
Brainwashing is straighforward.
As documented and performed on war prisoners, a brainwash is an active session of physical
violence intended to force someone to accept a belief that is traitorous or self-contradictory.
Mind control is more potent.
A subtle process at the end of which the person is certain that the implanted suggestion was
thought out by himself.
It can be performed at a distance, needless of violence.
It is a corollary to “insinuation” in “The Art of Seduction” by Robert Greene; where
a decision is indirectly alluded to, gradually blossoms in the mind of the victim, he or
she believes it was their own.
The major difference from brainwashing is that the manipulator here is seen as a friend,
or a teacher who’s got our best interest at heart.
Anti-social personality disorder and psychopathic personalities are one of the most lethal individuals
among us.
Manipulation and some of the 48 laws of power, come to them second nature.
Apart from cults and sociopaths mind control is used in social communities for recruitment;
in business to thrust you to buy products of no value, but useful ones as well.
Mind control is neither good nor bad, it’s the intention behind its use that counts.
The purpose of mind control can go beyond just influencing your decisions.
Manipulators pursuade people into a certain procedure to establish pseudo-personalities.
That is, a succession of thought loops and habits continuously ingrained which in the
long run create a personality of their own.
This new persona thinks and acts like the manipulator.
It can be programmed to serve his needs, elicit effortless compliance, all while the manipulated
believes the benefit is onto himself.
Such a mind control tactic is palpable on the micro as well as macro; in groups on cult
members, or in one on one cults with a psychopathic lover.
The process : Befriending, unfreezing, change, refreezing.
We make a first impression in seconds.
We then look for evidence to reinforce it ; put the person in a box so we feel more
comfortable beside him or her.
If we like someone from the start, we tend to prime ourselves to keep liking them, disregard
red flags as these contradict our initial opinion.
This puts in a better position the psychopath, for he’s well able to be consistent with his
behavior; makes a habit out of the attitudes he found successful in winning your good first
impression.
The psychopath befriends the victim by attention showering ; inquiring into their lives, sniffing
out insecurities, compliment and mirror as much they can the same qualities.
The goal is for the victim to identify the psycho’s presence with safety and familiarity.
At this stage notice their hyper-observant nature; they seem too curious from all angles,
precisely on what makes you and what breaks you.
They narrate dramatic instances, lies which purpose is to make them appear honest and
humane, you feel the urge to open up in return ; let out all your emotional baggage–you
took the bait.
Example: they will say they’ve been through similar traumas, had done the same mistakes
or good deeds.
You felt guilty at one point towards certain behaviors, you fell for some trap due to your
regrettable “naiveté”, guess what?
so do they.
Your stories somehow seem identical, at least in regards to the emotions both of you experienced.
You think to yourself “wow, this fellow understands me on a very deep level.”
Not every person who’s to let go with you is a psychopath.
Sharing intimate details can and will happen spontaneously in dating and relationships
without any hidden agenda behind it.
The psychopath, however, shares deceptive fairy tales simply to form a strong but fake
bond, often in one single encounter, a few minutes.
Anyone who’s got decent social awareness it’s not as hard for you to notice when somebody
is trying too hard, qualifying themselves, or be too agreeable.
With a psychopath, you cannot.
He can self-deceive and believe his own lies which is what makes everything he says appear
as genuine.
A normal person can be caught in a lie because they often feel a bit guilty while telling
it, this gives off palpable signs.
The psychopath, like a chameleon, can play perfect, the role of a pimp today, and preach
another day.
How to identify this phase: psychopaths are masters at filling the gaps in, or fully mirroring
your personality.
Ask yourself, was the friendship formed in a short span of time? as in you find both
parties doing favors for each other from a fourth or fifth encounter (which is not typical
to strangers) ; Does their presence seem familiar and comforting everytime you meet ; Are they
observant, weirdly and constantly curious about all the details of your life — If so,
you might have befriended a psychopath.
Concerning dates, excessive attention and love bombing can be discerned on the first
few romantic encounters.
Stop and think to yourself why was it is so quick the two of you became close friends
or lovers.
Be wary of individuals who showcase themselves as too similar to you.
“I have the same problems, but unlike you I have solutions”
Unfreezing is defined as the deconstruction of your current personality and priming you
for a new one.
They will diagnose your problems, or covertly do some for you, then pretend to be saviors.
They stir a need, create anxiety, offer resolutions to strengthen the bond.
Say they found out you’re running a mundane existence, present themselves as regular travelers
and hint at a life full of venture and liberty should you stick beside them.
Now the psycho succeeded at deluding you he is the missing piece to your life.
From this example you can see that these mind games are played against you not on a visible,
but on the mental and emotional plane.
What seems to be just a friendly banter, there lurks hypnotic suggestions behind each sentence.
– You don’t have to share weak points overtly for a psychopath to know them.
When you tell someone you’re reading so much self-help, this indirectly says that there
is something to be improved.
When you give out vibes that you’re depressed, it either sub-communicates relationship or
career issues, quite common.
The psycho can sniff out these traces of despondency even in the subtlest of gestures and verbals.
They read what you mean, not what you say.
Basically unfreezing revolves around making you hyper aware of the flaws in your worldview,
you start to doubt yourself and look for answers. — and strangely enough, the psychopath seems
to be one of the few who always knew better.
Some people arrive to the cult or the dating market “unfrozen”.
They may be going through an identity crisis, on a small scale like a move away from their
country ; on a larger one a romantic rupture, getting fired..
Dangerous cults and Psychopaths realize your lowest lows lay the groundwork for easy manipulation.
They seize the opportunity.
Even if you’re not depressed, any period wherein you actively look up advice you’re the most
susceptible to identity modification.
The least I could comment here, be highly vigilant of those from whom you seek answers.
Psychopaths can share constructive ideas that actually work; due to this, you don’t suspect
the big picture behind all that.
You gave a try someone’s guidance and saw it’s worth your time and effort, you follow
them more and more, this creates a feeling of helplessness towards said person ; after
all who doesn’t want to regress back to an infantile state wherein we give the reigns
to those who seem to know better–in the meantime we can think less and feel we’re being taken
care of.
The psycho may go as far as to befriend a relative of yours and other close friends;
now that bob or john speaks often of their goodwill, your trust level is through the
roof.
Once you begin to trust, he or she will ready the seeds of ideology.
You will fall for this, for they so far proved themselves to be good advisors.
Each of us has core beliefs that work as a defense mechanism against self-contradictory
influences.
– During unfreezing, the psycho’s goal is to point out the flaws in this mechanism so
you see his worldview as more fruitful.
But once you get to this stage they begin to actively spill in poisonous ideas into
your skull; slowly but steadily changing your personality.
As usual, they sandwich this poison between good advice–mixed signals.
He or she now calls for adopting a new set of beliefs.
These demands always target your self-interest, on the surface seem quite appealing, hint
at solving your major life issues.
It’s seldom that these come across as demanding, only a keen eye for detail could notice.
In simple words, they will ask a favor of you, or guide you through changing your convictions
without overtly saying so ; conceal these demands in a form of a higher cause to follow,
another fruitful advice to take that will seemingly further your own cause — which
in reality will further only their agenda.
At some point you trust them blindly, the modification process becomes a bit more blatant.
They prompt you to relate your convictions with negative connotations and identify theirs
as the ultimate way of living.
Your personal beliefs are now the cause of dissonance and discontent.
And since the central job of the mind is sustain mental stability, it’ll automatically repress
your old personality for the sake of maintaining psychic balance.
The victim’s personality had now turned into a shallow clone of the psychopath.
This pseudo-identity is not equivalent to multiple personality disorder, for the old
self had been totally repressed in this case and can no longer make its way to the conscious
surface.
Other tactics used in the process of befriending, unfreezing, changing, and refreezing :
1) MODELING: There is some truth to the saying that if you want to learn something, teach
it to others.
Psychopaths and cult leaders encourage fresh members to recruit new people.
Recruiting prerequisite the member to speak with conviction, selling the ideology strengthen
it in his own mind.
– Fix: In this regard, be careful of what you preach though you’re convinced it’s useful.
Every time you give out advice, you’re giving that same advice to your self, over and over.
Reassess the validity of your sources.
2) EMOTIONAL MANIPULATION AND WE HAVE THE WAY:
I once said that you’re the dumbest when you are the happiest.
Couldn’t be less true.
Be it one on one with a psychopath or in a cult setting, the manipulator endeavors to
present himself as the provider of pleasant sensations.
He will evoke a feeling of helplessness by pointing out your shortcomings, then provide
solutions in thought form, or perhaps an environment full of state altering activities; psychedelic
music and hypnosis — you feel better.
Be attentive to what goes into your ear on an emotional high point, example., travel
excitement, break up/divorce, new job, when someone speaks too much too fast you can’t
think ; a psycho can make you laugh your heart out to shut down your critical mind — they
get to work.
Long-term traveling induces homesickness depression, coupled with euphoria (culture shock) — you’re
in an altered state.
You’re overly happy, sad, or both alternately.
Any state other than neutrality, you’re more susceptible.
In micro (love relationship) or macro cults, the victims of a pseudo-personality experience
intense inner conflict.
These people believe wholeheartedly that they, without extrinsic persuasion, concluded the
idea of changing themselves.
However, the subconscious cannot be tricked and knows that something had been repressed.
– Because of this, there goes an ongoing battle between the repressed true self (unconscious)
and the pseudo-identity (conscious), especially that the clone is doing things the person
would never do (commit crimes on behalf of the cult leader, sadistic or masochistic acts).
But the pseudo-personality backward rationalizes why those actions are just.
– Notice: if you experience depressions, bizarre allergies, nightmares or physical ailments,
and you were unsuccessful in tracing the cause, it might be time to turn to your most trusted
friends, community leaders, and knowledge sources.
Not saying to place the blame on them, but be open to the chance possibility of a stealthier
cause—a psychopath among them.
Say it is so, these mental and physical symptoms are signs of a huge repression in the unconscious,
which in this case is the true self.
Even after having left the cult or the relationship, the pseudo-personality is difficult to dismantle;
professional help is crucial.
It’s a long-lasting syndrome the person himself keeps denying until they be exposed to the
cards that have been played on them.
The financial and social life of ex-cult members can suffer unrecoverable loses.
Some may lose normal cognitive skills and have difficulty maintaining relationships
and jobs.
The symptoms are debilitating to an extent at which are misdiagnosed as PTSD, SCHIZOPHRENIA,
or MMPD.
Befriend, unfreeze, change, refeeze and modify, this process can accelerate or decelerate
relative to the number of tools that went it :
Hypnosis Peer group pressure
Reindoctrination (which is basically repeating the steps of unfreezing and refreezing sporadically)
Consistency of exposure to the psychopath Emotional manipulation
Note that the manipulator can go back and forth between these four elements (Befriend,
unfreeze, change, refeeze) ; if the victim starts suspecting things they may open up
a bit more ; resort to building trust again, cover traces perhaps, then go back to seeding.
You see now that mind control is subtle enough it goes often undetected.
I hope I did justice in exposing some of the tactics.
Repression has been mentioned quite a few today.
If you’re unfamiliar with this psychological mechanism I refer you to my series on Jungian
Psychology.
Comment down below what you think of these tools, perhaps you’ve been the victim of such
a process before.
Give this video a thumbs up and share so more people can educate and protect themselves.
Stay alert, thanks for watching and see you next weekend.

5 Ways To Talk About Your Job – Duration: 7:03. Hello guys! How are you? Nick here from Real English Speaker. So today we’re
gonna talk about something quite important
well that’s very serious isn’t it see I’ve got my tie on and I’m you know I’m
being serious no not really but we’re talking about work and jobs
and how to discuss or talk about your job and your profession what do you do
you know what do you do for a living what do you do for a crust in Australia
we say what do you do for a crust this is an expression which means what do you
do for a living we often say what do you do for a living
your living is the job that you do or the profession that you have which
supports your life which provides you with an income we call it a living or an
income what do you do for an income what is the most common way to ask about
someone’s job
that’s right what do you do what do you do
what do you do so it’s very common to ask what do you do or you can say what
kind of work do you do what kind of work are you in what kind
of work are you in
so let’s go through some ways to talk about our jobs or ask about people’s
jobs this could be very useful for your IELTS exam your speaking exam there may
be a topic on jobs and work or any kind of exam or of course if you’re living
and working in an english-speaking country and you work for a business in
particular let’s go into it let’s go to work
we’re back at work here we are at work some ways some common ways to talk about
your job we can say I work in I work in finance or I work in education I work in
the arts I work in engineering so this is when
you talk about the field of work the area of work you say I work in the
preposition is in and then the field of work so tell me what do you work in make
a sentence as we go say it out loud you can also say I work for what follows
this one I work for a company that’s right a particular
company or a person I work for Apple I work for coca-cola or I work for Westpac
Bank which is a bank in Australia Westpac Bank I work for Woolworths if
you work at a smaller job you know like in a supermarket or a shop you can just
say I work at I work at Cole’s or Woolworths I work at a clothing store I
work at a restaurant but for is for the big sort of industrial you know the big
industries the big companies I work for you know any see a big name or I work
for John Smith the person’s name now what about the type of job of course you
can say I’m an engineer or I work as an engineer as a as aa I
work as an engineer or I’m a teacher I work as a teacher
I work as a teacher at the school in the city or I work as a teacher for real
English speaker now what about if you want to describe more details or explain
more details about this job especially if you’re going to a job interview about
your work experience we should use the present perfect tense it’s very common
to talk about your experience present perfect simple or present perfect
continuous for example I have or here it is I have I’ve been working as a teacher
for 16 years or more I’ve been working as a teacher for 16 years or I’ve been
working in education for a long time I’ve been working in finance since 2010
you can also talk the company I’ve been with I have I’ve
I’ve been with this company for five years am I still with the company now if
I say this yes so when you use the present perfect continuous in this
context or the present perfect simple it’s not finished this action the
situation is still happening now you’re expressing something that started in the
past and continues to now so I’ve been with this company for five years I
started five years ago and I’m still with this company now and I intend to
continue you know so I’ve been with this company or I’ve been working for this
company for five years how long have you been working here you can ask a question
these are really common ways to talk about your work experience and to ask
someone about their job as we said in the beginning what do you do what kind
of work do you do what field are you in practice this go out this week and tell
someone about your job and your career leave me any questions and comments
below make a sentence tell me about your work and your job what do you do if
you’re a student you can just say I’m a student you know that’s another
important thing I’ve been a student for this long or if you have a job tell me
about that job introduce your job to me and don’t forget to subscribe down here

Staff for Kung Fu and Karate: Solo Training Tips – Duration: 11:24. Hey. Ando again with Happy Life Martial
Arts and look who’s back. This is Sifu TW Smith here in Raleigh, North Carolina and
Sifu, I come to you with a problem. I made a video about solo training
training on your own in the martial arts and I made a quick reference in there to
training with a bo staff. And of course there is a comment from someone who
thought that the bo staff was completely a waste of time it’s just
some fancy kung-fu thing, that you don’t really get much out of training with a
bo staff. But I know here in your kwoon, you have a wide variety of different
sticks and staffs, so they must have something to do with good kung fu
training. So, help me out. What in the world do you do with a bo staff? How is
that helping you be a better fighter or martial artist? > The first things is
that I had practiced martial arts for a long time before I ever got to introduced
to the long staff. And what it did is it really helped me change how I thought
about how I moved. It internalized my training for me the other parts of it is
that it made me always be responsible for something that never lies the long
time and as you know the long staff when you’re practicing it it only works with
gravity and what you’ve asked it to do and so if you’re not getting the sort of
performance that you want from a partner mm-hmm that will never lie to you the
problems not in the partner and so that was one of the things that that was on
the mental size of it on the physical side being able to move a body that you
know I’m not a you know slamming young Lemberg I like you man so but I had to
be able to actually learn how to fold and unfold my body and a whole new
different way so as you were mentioning there’s a few more over here on this
wall but we keep a variety of different staff here’s a standard wax wood staff
you know just long enough about eye height
and this is one that’s got good weight and any of you could use this for a lot
of different things we’ll get back to this one here a little bit but the thing
that really helps is that when you have a variety of different kinds of staffs
and do the same technique with them so for example we have this is pretty much
just an iron pipe mm-hmm and I don’t know it probably weighs about 8 or 9
pounds when you move this being just a blunt heavy you know evenly dispersed
weight it makes you work your tendons and your waist on them yeah but so when
you’re working these it has a feel to it that you have to account for as you move
so your mechanics and how you move if there’s a flaw and your mechanics the
weight amplifies it mm-hmm and so you have to learn to be smooth being smooth
is a big part of any style of martial artistry practice smooth because you’re
limiting the tension and you’re focusing on just relaxed efficient movement this
and this heavy pole will show you if your knees a little out of alignment
your hips a little off you’re leaning a little bit this is gonna tell you
straight direction when you get up to the number of reps if you do one or two
reps you’re gonna get no sort of feedback that you’re looking for but
when you start getting up to around 50 to 100 reps right anytime that starts to
happen then you’re gonna it’s gonna show you where you’re weak as far as your
technique goes but then after you say use a standard just evenly dispersed way
you can go to a one that blades just about the same probably about 10 to 12
pounds again but this one if you can’t tell it’s the same sort of staff but
it’s got a stainless steel end and so the weight is not distributed evenly it
feels kind of even in the center but when you start to move it the weight
spins away from you and a lot further and it moves much differently so that as
you roll it around you have to account for it’s spinning the weight spinning
away from you as you rotate much like a person might be
away from you if you’ve come there trying to get away and you’re able to
follow that energy out yes because as it spins spins away you have to adapt your
mechanics to what it is and the faster you go the further it spins away from
right then you have this other one which was actually one of the more more
interesting is this now this is the my version of it is a PVC pipe it’s about
an inch inch and a half and then we fill in with BBS and we fill them with small
gravel rocks and then Cathy Chen so what this does is that the weight shift and
you can hear it probably as I move now every time I move the weight shift and I
have to account for that my my tenants for the conditioning and say a simple
one simple technique that we call a folding technique shall unfold when you
take through and over you know we’d have these this swimming field for example if
I’m pulling out feeling pushing and pulling I’m just gonna roll through and
pull it right back over just like we’re done there so it just rolls back in here
and if you notice that my technique did not change from what I was just doing
with the staff I just rolled one side and my hips if I had allow my body to
move with it then it just ends up in this case just being a shoulder lock
that you can add in footwork to trip sure things on those lines absolutely
then you said it could also be like hooks and uppercuts you’re seeing the
same movement and yes exactly so we can turn and then pull right back around cuz
you know usually don’t go around grabbing locks usually set those up yeah
that’s right so you get boom for that boom boom right roll it back around
right you have this same sensation right and that the mechanics of the
of the technique that I was just doing with the staff it’s exactly the same
right now how you move can vary from time to time you know depending upon
what you feel and by using the different staffs I have a different feeling of how
I might move with it mm-hmm as I go along so the the physical training of
the staff and the different weights give me a sensation that I can’t develop
through technique right it has to be developed to the feel of the skill of
knowing what you feel at the moment and keep moving
right so Rex is the misconception might be that you’re just trying to learn how
to swing a weapon around but really just trying to learn how to move yourself
around yes and then having that feeling in your hand and in your butt and your
muscles of what to be tense when to be relaxed so you’re moving very
efficiently and comfortably that’s the best you can do on your own so then now
when I get a life partner at least I’ve worked out most of my issues now instead
of a somewhat dead training – I have a live training tool at least I already
have that feeling in my body of like hey I should relax now or I should tense up
a little bit here and now make my effort because you been handling this weight
all this time that’s that’s a brilliant system and of course you can place all
kinds of other old-school kung fu training devices that people would
quickly make fun of they would look at and say oh that’s you know ridiculous
but it’s a beautiful thing if you come visit this dojo and you should this
groom he’s even got just a big cart I’ll throw
in a shot you caught the cart of pain the cart of pain the cart of pain weighs
about 450 pounds or so loaded down with weights and steel and you can use it for
example to practice everything from standard your Tai Chi Chuan on or your
straight punches so you know if you just do a straight punch and you just use
your hand and shoulder she goes nowhere you start to use the hips and you can
hear the weights jeans a little bit now it starts to move you can practice your
and as if you’re coming in and moving it like you’re trying to bring someone down
or your elbow strikes knees and it just gives you a great way the thing with the
car to pain is that even though it’s heavy it’ll still give with you so you
can also practice your footwork notice that down at the bottom there’s about a
six inch so you don’t practice getting all down here when you see me move
sometimes you’ll see my foot actually get underneath it so I’m used to if I’m
close to you you’ll feel my feet get underneath you to try to trap you and so
it’s designed so that you can practice a lot of aspects of close-quarter combat
without necessarily having to beat up on somebody and you can use all the power
that you want against it and as you’ll see that’s a beautiful piece of
machinery to once again challenge your own body to see how much attention you
can create how much strength you can create and have some feedback from
something that’s really what it’s all about getting feedback from the tool
that you’re working with so that when you’re fighting a tool you can hopefully
take it out no offense to you personally well you know we were talking about
earlier too that most of our martial arts training is associated with us
being able to work with us yeah because our circumstances could change our you
know the aggressor could change and we can’t account for those all those
variables the only variable that you can actually work on day in and day out is
you right and the more tools that you have that can help you accommodate
yourself and if you look at some of the old Chinese martial arts training you
know to move up through the ranks particularly in some of the forces your
ability to wield an awkward weighted object and do it efficiently was your
demonstration of skill mmm-hmm I wasn’t that you needed to be able to swing a
200-pound sword right in order to make captain but you did have to swing a
200-pound sword to make captain because your ability to show that you had the
efficiency of movement and could handle something awkward in a set of awkward
circumstances made you worth more right but you were never going to use that
weapon out there in the battlefield right that wasn’t the the the weapon
wasn’t a weapon it was a tool it was an instrument
for you to demonstrate your skill mm-hmm not the skill of the weapon that is so
well said sir and I hope a lot of people heard that because this is the
difference between kind of good kung-fu and bad comes through a lot of haters
out there about kungfu but usually it’s because it’s bad kungfu to begin with or
it’s bad karate. A lot of these traditional martial arts get bagged on
it’s usually because there’s ignorance behind the critique and, to be fair, a lot
of teachers don’t know what they’re doing. But Sifu Smith absolutely does, so
if you get a chance to check out his website, I’ll put the links below. Thank
you, Sifu, for answering these questions for us. I think that was really helpful I
Thank you very much. To keep up with Sifu Smith, again, find his links below.
And until I see you next time, keep fighting for a happy life.

Favorites: #3 of 5 Lead Generation Techniques You Might Be Overlooking – Duration: 2:15. so again just kind of how it works, they are going to be looking at a
specific product or if it’s ecommerce, it’s a specific item you’re
selling if it’s specific home or community for a home builder type of a
scenario and then there’s a button on the page – you can kind of see it real
small on the screen shot – is a favorites icon. Sometimes it’s a heart
because I like this one or something, and when they do that the first time and
ask them to create an account where you capture an email address, again, keeping
that account form as simple as possible. And you can also integrate that signup
process with social media sites like their Facebook login which can can make
it a little faster for them to connect. So you’re creating this account and now
they come back to your site later, they can log in and they can see all the ones
that they saved. This can be really powerful if you’ve got a product
that is kind of more research heavy for example you know buying a home, doing a
lot of research. I’m coming and going I’m not doing it all at one time while I’m
sitting at the computer so I may not remember everything and I want to come
back to it and so being able to make this easy for them to save and come back
and find what they’re looking for, and at the same time you’re now building this
profile about what it is that they like and are interested in and you can
connect that with with some of your CRM tools or other tools and and try to
mine that a little bit and be able to maybe put the right kind of offer in
front of them when you send them that that email and see how you can
connect better with them as they’re doing their research. I mean you can get
more advanced with this and let them make notes and and some other types of
annotations, saving customizations to interactive floor plans is another thing
that can be done in similar concepts. So lots of kind of pieces to this
one, but the general idea is letting them save something and having them

DRAG RACE DASH | S10E14 RuPaul’s Drag Race Makeup Recreation – Duration: 21:28. JESSE: Jake! Jake! over here! Say “I’m a cute dog.” RYLIE: Say “Hi, I’m a cute old man. I’m also a little grumpy.”
JESSE: Get back on that stage, Jake.
They eat that shit up every single time.
JESSE: That’s how it be sometimes. RYLIE: It just be like that sometimes. JESSE: so why can I not get that correct?
RYLIE: You and Casey both can’t. honestly. Casey does the same thing where he’s like, “it’s just that way sometimes…”
that’s just the way it can be at times. JESSE: sometimes things happen that way.
RYLIE: sometimes the things that happen are simply… JESSE: that.
RYLIE: It just… is like that. at times.
JESSE: It just happens to be like that. it just happens to be that way… occasionally.
RYLIE: perhaps this is the way it just is.
JESSE: we sowed that meme and we harvested that meme and we fed the children
BOTH: and they don’t appreciate it.
I’m Jesse Pettibone from youtube.comJessePettibone and
you’re watching youtube.com/JessePettibone.
thworp
this is the drag race dash
RYLIE: That felt like earthy. I felt that like bloom out of my chest
yeah it felt amazing. JESSE: Mine felt like fire like scorching something preparing it
for rebirth RYLIE: yea. I like that better than mine.
Can I change mine? Nah I don’t have anything better. JESSE: however you feel is valid.
RYLIE: it’s just earthy. JESSE: It was earthy and it bloomed. and I thought that was beautiful.
RYLIE: It was earthy and it bloomed then you scorched it so it could rebirth itself.
JESSE: ya, life is cyclical honey. RYLIE: Werk honey. yes hunty. life is like a circle.
if my life were a shape, it would be a circle. JESSE: Why? RYLIE: because it’s like circular, y’know?
JESSE: and in that moment, I felt infinite. like a cyclical circle.
This is the show where we recreate some iconic drag race makeup looks from the most recent episode of
RuPaul’s Drag Race the gag is that we do it in just 15 minutes
RYLIE: come sit on my lap. why don’t you love me? JESSE: literally me anywhere to a boy.
I’m just like mentally unstable.
I’ve been socialized to have really poor communication and relationship behaviors
RYLIE: ohmygod that’s so wild. that’s so relatable. JESSE: but I’m like weirdly emotionally intelligent, very self-aware
can’t act on it. fully incapable. RYLIE: oh my god I feel like you’re legitimately like… describing me right now
JESSE: I thought I was describing me. RYLIE: the further that went I was like, “oh, this bitch.”
Is in my head! JESSE: my favorite part from the last episode
was when you were like, “I mean it’s not my problem. it’s a you problem. but it’s a
pretty big you problem.” RYLIE: It’s okay though. I’m also emotionally intelligent and very
self-aware I just like refuse to care. like here’s some character flaws I could
definitely improve um but uh
I’d rather just like lash out and be irrational and then like apologize later and be like “oh forgive me”
we do it for comedy. we do it for laughs. JESSE: we do it for you. RYLIE: It’s worth it to me.
JESSE: this is the season finale of our first ever season of the drag race dash – how
do you feel RYLIE: I’m pretty happy it’s over I’m like really ready to have a Friday
night where I’m just like I’m gonna curl up in bed tonight and I’m gonna be rested
for work tomorrow. but I mean it’s been like it’s been a
really awesome ride nonetheless. JESSE: it’s been worth it and we made it work.
yeah and I’m excited for it to be over yeah it’s actually been really fun
RYLIE: it has been really fun but it’s like we have to admit that at a certain point
it’s like having another job on top of our full-time jobs.
more so for you because you have a lot of like stuff to do
afterwards. And you drive down here but even for me I’m
like ugh. but how do you feel? JESSE: um I feel… I’m excited for it to be over but also
this is the first show that I like committed to to this level. I mean
like I’ve tried many times but I think having the accountability of having
someone else has been so great for me and so like just as far as making YouTube videos
that’s been great. I think like the reception that we’ve gotten from people
has been so good like people vote every week
like that’s crazy like they could literally just not RYLIE: yea and they do so as much shit as we
talk about them not participating JESSE: there are people who do
so thank you to the viewers. overall we had probably more than a hundred votes
throughout every single episode and the entire series this
season has gotten almost a thousand views and I’m sure that we’ll break a thousand
with this episode RYLIE: yeah absolutely. I’m so excited! JESSE: so if you want this to come
back make sure you like highly demand it because we’ll be considering that. RYLIE: yeah we’ll be
considering like our other social life outside of is like you know JESSE: I feel like
we’ll find a way to make it work RYLIE: yeah I mean but like truthfully you and I could
just be like out right now like having a drink somewhere and like chillin JESSE: yeah
I could be making out with a boy. RYLIE: I’m gonna need some likes I’m gonna need
some subscribes. I’m gonna need some things JESSE: I’m gonna need
some comments RYLIE: so you know we give to you and from you I need you to
give back to me now. yep with like some support and some validation
JESSE: like you’re getting — I’m not even charging. this isn’t like
wow presents plus. Netflix. like you’re getting a free subscription to an
ongoing series so like what like how bad do you want it? if I get a
patreon, will you donate money to me?
RYLIE: we can talk about who won last week.
JESSE: oh yeah. RYLIE: which was by a landslide. JESSE: that’s crazy I did not expect this to be like
RYLIE: that shit was cray. I was like, I was hurt. I was like oh my god I got two votes.
total. one of them was me voting for myself so the other one was probably Casey. JESSE: who didn’t even put in the effort to vote in both of
our polls. RYLIE: exactly like he must not have voted on your poll because you only had
one vote for me on there and it is mine. JESSE: Wow. call out. RYLIE: Ouch. Fucking ouch.
but also like congratulations or whatever I just was like oh that stings. a lot. JESSE: I really
thought it was gonna be closer. It was probably the paper. RYLIE: I thought I
looked good. JESSE: You did look really good. RYLIE: I thought I’d at least secure like one or two.
JESSE: right I thought you would be closer. I thought there would be difference of
like 2 or 3. it was so good I love… our gifs are some of my favorites
so the winner of this round, if you didn’t pick that up is me!
What is the song that they play on the finale?
RYLIE: It sounds like you’re trying to sing glamazon. JESSE: yes glamazon RYLIE: is that the finale song?
the one they play when they win? JESSE: yea. RYLIE: She’s so wild so…
I don’t think they play that when they get crowned. do they?
see that’s not glamazon.
JESSE: I thought what would be so fun to do is to play right now a montage of all of
the winning looks from every episode this season
RYLIE: yes I’m so stoked JESSE: back to back to back and it’s gonna go right… now!
we just watched the finale of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season ten and now we are
gonna recreate some of those iconic looks. I’m sure you can’t wait to find
out who we did. it’s such a mystery. who could never be sure?
oh and also here I’m gonna put a chart right now because I’ll count later
how many times we did makeup of each queen. it’s gonna be like
Aquaria 12: everybody else one. RYLIE: Yea I was gonna say don’t do that.I’m really about to shock you all.
JESSE: Not like per person but total… okay actually maybe I’ll do it per person and then I’ll combine them
this is the final round and a tiebreaker just as we predicted back in like
episodes 5 or 6. RYLIE: Shit yea I don’t like that. What if it’s a landslide shit. JESSE: What if we film 3 different endings.
One where I win. One where you win. and a tie
RYLIE: Gasp. Me!?
JESSE: we put fifteen minutes on the clock for the final time this season. It’s come
down to this moment, humans of the world. are you ready?
I’m like like too nervous to count because I want to scream
*singing Lady Gaga* Girl where do you think you’re going?
oh fuck. that’s messy honey. OH MY GOD.
You said you wanted a contour.
I’m turning my eyebrows into a cut crease this time yeah the
stakes are high and so is my cut crease.
Any hole is the goal. Josh.
you’re a loser, baby
the edgiest Rylie’s ever been. it’s the finale.
you’re dumb
know what time it is! Stick that glue on your eye!
after I thought I was gonna go blind like that trauma stays with you, y’know?
RYLIE: I’m sorry that it took that JESSE: I really appreciate that you warned me every
single time. “you really shouldn’t do
that” “I really wish you wouldn’t do that” like the only time you’ve never been
passive-aggressive to me was in that moment and I sensed that and I still did it because I am
a dumb bitch. RYLIE: dumped bitches club: part of two JESSE: that’s our new series after the drag race dash
you can catch us on dumb bitches club RYLIE: ya let’s get brunch. JESSE: oh my god that sounds great.
RYLIE: oh my god fake eyelashes would just really do me a solid right now
I don’t have f-ng time this is so depressing.
five four three two one and drag your eyelashes
we’re literally just turned around you look like a you look like the ghost you
look like some op Broadway musical about the ghost of military what the fuck
because of the ear cuff crease and your lack of eyelashes is not a procedure I
know
and I was like miss sex it’s not today you try it I’m just I just want I just
want you to keep in mind that I so much time on everything else is so
complicated yeah it was really coming down I could have told in my lips all
the way yeah exactly I could have put on lashes nope it’s just one girl it should
be well there you have it folks can you guess who we were nope they’re
like no I just think the double eyebrows were unnecessary well if it is eyebrows
us be part of the eye shadow look yeah this is losing my cock I know that I
think if I were to go in the darker color that really it would have done
better mask because I was realizing like this is this whole thing there’s so many
Long’s to the seat only way I could do that is to do what I yeah I know I know
what it feels like when she killed those butterflies
we’re sisters together Cheetah Girls
yeah nice we hope you enjoyed the finale of this
season of the drag race – now it’s time to put the decision into your hands you
have to vote for one of us unfortunately there’s no other option you have to do
one of us that you like more I mean they have to like one of the other more they
have to do which one is nice like the least yes that’s one were you warranty
but who did the least bad yeah and I was like you know you and thinking
about what I look like and I’m thinking this one could go either way if I just
like fucking lashes on and how do we share with it yeah the bag your lashes
were your spark yeah we’re tied hey bitch thanks for being on this crazy
ride this show is probably coming back
literally only because people like it I’ve learned a lot about life and love
and friendship I’ve learned a lot about powering through depression to do shit
you don’t want to do you do for the vine so that’s so true hi oh yeah I feel like
alone in this period of time I learned a lot about our friendship I’ve learned a
lot about myself actually weirdly a lot about myself through the show this show
watched us the end of our roommate period yeah the show captured your post
engagement it’s been at home yeah it’s a symptom it solved yeah I’m trying to
make a sentiment though the draw – yes I don’t think it’s so crazy that like we
did a show and people liked it enough that it is probably coming back because
I have so many shows that I’ve never done again I’m so excited to see what
next is involved because it’s gonna be better yes yeah and I don’t know how he
does but I’m so excited and excited I want to thank Riley for
my best friend and also a special guest Nadia’s special guest co-host on this
show you’ll finally get permanent casting I also want to thank five for
being here five why don’t you come on in for the first time ever come on bill are
you all excited to find out if I’ve truly finally looks like if you like
this series don’t forget subscribe now I think I need to be the one who takes you
on season two of the drag race – if you can’t get enough of the drivers – we
have bonus clips that never made the final cut of the episode or like five or
six seven of those literally coming in every week after the show is over this
content is it’s rated R it most of it was cut because it was profane – like
mark it as just a general show yeah we’re talking about a little bit this
apart over like we’re talking about good dick good elbow squatting to do so if
you want to watch that in so much more you can go and subscribe we’ll be coming
it will we bring it to you yeah I already warned my mom and my grandma did
not watch oh that’s a good idea I should probably warn like my future mother this
is who I am right on a real that’s a little bit about Who I am literally we
have made so many jokes that just never made the model cut because it didn’t
create just a plot people don’t love to watch episode 1 episode of Bones ghost
is like ten minutes long and so it’s just hilarious
we’re casting or screaming and yeah we’re fighting I can’t wait yeah truly
and I bet our viewers can either so I like I’m having a hard time letting go
it’s like what I don’t want to single rank
I don’t like and also as a simultaneous it like we’re pressing early so I see
the emotions mm-hmm but yeah like this is the end ha
well anyway I’m gonna not get emotional right now because my nature like a meme
montage if I buy from cows Johnny oh my god truly oh my god
Reebok ah I love spitting like literally 14 or 13 weeks like action what we do it
this put it away
yeah it’ll happen but like it’s okay I just love you and I really appreciate
everything that we’ve done I feel like we really created something cool I think
y’all come back now you hear
and cut

And by default it becomes a member of your sales team.
It’s that first impression your clients have of you
and it has to be a good and lasting one.
Functionality is key.
You can have the prettiest site in the world

if it’s difficult to navigate, if it’s not optimised
for mobile devices.
And don’t even get me started on opt-ins and lead magnets.
Now things change quickly in the world of web design
and you need to know how to edit, how to make simple
changes and ensure your site is kicking ass for you.
So this module’s gonna give you the knowledge you need
to up that skill level and really help you to stay
up-to-date in a a very fast-paced world of technology
but without frying your brain.
You’ll know plugins you need, how to make updates
and which platforms are the best for creative
entrepreneurs without becoming a website nerd.
And it will ensure your website is the most
effective tool in your tool kit.
You’ll also learn how to turn your website
into a one-woman marketing machine by creating
really irresistible offers that visitors to your site
simply won’t be able to refuse.
So are you ready to become a website ninja
with me and get your website working
for you instead of against you?
I hope so because I would love to see you there
and start helping you to take your creative
business to the next level.

Stay Focused S2 Ep32: How to Take the Ultimate Staycation – Duration: 2:39. Cheers! Welcome to Stay Focused our weekly video blog. I’m Randal. And I’m
Erik. And this week we’re gonna talk about How to Enjoy a Staycation!
Yes! Summertime is a great time to be in the city and enjoy your home and we have
a few tips for you on how to make the most of a staycation. First of all,
I’d like to thank all of the people in the city of Boston the surrounding areas
that leave during this time of the year and go down to the Cape and Islands and
leave our beautiful city nearly vacant and line-less. And there’s almost no
traffic! And easier to get reservations. So cheers to you!
Cheers to you! For those of you enjoying your home and enjoying our great city in
the summertime, there’s lots to do. Here’s a couple tips: One of the
things that we recommend doing is getting your projects out of the way.
Doing those before you plan to take your time off at home so that when you’re at
home you can enjoy your house and your surroundings and not be thinking, “Oh I
need to be working on this and that.” Get those out of the way. No matter how badly you
think that light fixture really needs to be dusted. Oh, is he saying something? Get those home improvement
projects out of the way so you can enjoy that. Have a plan too! Make some
reservations in advance. Think of a couple of new places that
you’d love to try and make some reservations in advance so you have something to look
forward to. For the most part much of the city there’s a lot less lines and less
waiting so its easier to get in and out of places. If you are waiting you’re waiting
outside in nice weather for the most part. And you know we’ve
still got some great theater and other activities happening. As well as
some theater on the common. Some outdoor free stuff to do so check that out. Gives
you a chance to be outdoors and enjoying the summer weather. And we’re here in
our backyard enjoying a little bit of the space that we’ve made. We could
just sit down and lounge and enjoy a cocktail. Make some nice spaces. Create
some nice little spaces for you to enjoy and relax. So cheers! Cheers! We hope
you’re having a great summer and if you’re traveling, safe
travels. If you’re at home, you’re having as great a staycation as we are
Yep! And if you need some company give us a holler! Cheers! Oh! And don’t forget like
us on Facebook and subscribe to our YouTube channel and until next time
Stay Tuned and Stay Focused!

Viewing Houses – What to consider before you start! – Duration: 4:31. Today’s topic is about Home Buyer consultations and what things to
consider before you go out and begin to view homes. So let’s get started!
Welcome to Houston Katy Homes Group, my name is Alfredo, I’m a realtor here in Katy, Texas,
and I’m so happy that you’re here to watch this video series on buying your
first home. If you haven’t already, it’s time to get a realtor! You need a realtor!
After all, this is possibly the largest transaction of your life, so you need
someone that you can feel comfortable with, someone you feel listens, someone
you feel they can maintain good lines of communication with you. Below this video I
placed a link to a PDF that has tips on what to expect and also how
an estate agent can be of help to you, so download it and give it a read.
Now we get to the fun part, looking for that home! It’s time to start selecting
properties to view. For this I recommend that you set up a buyer’s
consultation appointment with your realtor. In that consultation, you will
discuss the location that you’re interested in, the house and amenities of
the house, or what you feel is very important in the home you want to
purchase. And also what are your lifestyles. Now these criteria can be
taken and used to try to get a short list of homes for you to begin to select
from, to go view, and hopefully in a very short period of time, choose as the home
that you would like to put an offer on. When considering location, you might want
to consider; what are my commute times from where I would like my home to be to
where I need to go to work, also what kind of schools are there, what
kind of amenities are in that neighborhood. Lifestyle is also very
important in considering your home. What kind of lifestyle do you have?
For example, do you need a home with an office? Do you
need a home that has space for a gym? is there an elderly member of the family so
you need an appropriate space for them? Do you have a member of the family that
has special needs? Do you have pets? There are many factors regarding
your lifestyle that need to be considered to find the right home for
you. What’s your ideal home? Would you like a home in a new construction, or
would you like a home that is in a mature community, each has pros and cons,
so discuss this with your realtor. Would you like a home that is a single
detached family home, would you like a condominium, would you like a town home?
Also, what would you like on the exterior? Would you like a porch, would you like a
pool, how about a garden shed and a large garden? Also, how many bedrooms would you like?
What kind of kitchen? Do you want open plan or do you want your home
separated into spaces? Also do you want a home that’s move-in ready or are you
okay with a home that is going to be a bit of a project home, but you don’t mind
over a period of time doing the little fixes it may need, you know those type of
homes are great for putting your personal touch on them! There are five
points that you should write out and let your realtor know that these are
important for the home that you want to purchase, they need to be incorporated in
that search. So in summary, it is important that you
find a realtor that you really want to work with, someone that you get along
with, someone that listens to you, someone you can establish good lines of
communications with, someone that can take your wishlist and translate it into real choices!
I hope you liked this video. If you did please LIKE it, and share it with
a friend. Do take some time and watch my video
on the pre-approval process, this has a lot of helpful tips, and also don’t
forget to download that free pdf on how to choose an estate agent and what to
expect from them. Until the next video, I hope to see you then, all the best!
