Waching daily Sep 17 2018

hey guys um so if you’ve watched many of
my videos you will already know that I
am a very strong advocate of being sober
when we play so that means you know not
inviting alcohol but also recreational
drugs but what happens when you are on
medication especially when you’re on
medication long term how does that
affect our BDSM play and and what is
that going to look like so that is our
subject today and I really want to talk
about it because it’s something that
affects me as well hey guys it’s Morgan
with BDSM relationships and education
thank you very much for checking out my
channel if you haven’t done so already
please don’t forget to hit the subscribe
button below and click the little bell
icon and that way you’ll be notified
when I post new videos we all know that
YouTube is being difficult about letting
people know when new stuff comes out so
that is your way of keeping track of
when I upload because I am NOT
succeeding at having a regular upload
schedule anyways I want to talk today
about medication in BDSM now just to
give some of you a little background on
me if you don’t already know I do have a
medical background I was a paramedic for
a number of years before I was injured
and had to retire so I’m not going to be
giving medical advice here but I am
trying to speak from a position where I
know at least a little bit about
different types of medications your best
source for information on medication is
absolutely both your doctor and your
pharmacist I think we discount
pharmacists a lot but they are experts
in medications that’s what they went to
school for and they went to a lot of
school for it as well I only have a very
general knowledge I mean like I had a
couple of classes on pharmacology not a
lot of Education they focused on the
medications that we were allowed to
administer as paramedics so with all
that out of the way oh yes the other
part that I was gonna say how it affects
me is that I am a person who has a
disability I have chronic pain and I do
take Medicaid
for that and so I’ve taken a lot of
different medications over the years and
they have affected me differently and I
I’m happy to say that I have found what
works for me now
minimal side effects maximum pain
reduction it’s pretty awesome but there
was a lot of trial and error and I
wasn’t about to stop being kinky during
that time and I’m not about to stop
being kinky now I will be on medication
for the rest of my life there is no
question about that and I like we can
all hope that they miraculously find a
cure it’s unlikely I’m going to be on
medication for the rest of my life
that’s I can deal with that it’s not a
big deal but let’s talk about that
combination of medication and BDSM so
the first thing I want to talk about is
sort of the difference between like
long-term medication and versus
short-term medications so short term is
you know you get sick you go to the
doctor they you get some antibiotics or
whatever so short term medication it
doesn’t give you a chance to really
adjust to it because you’re on it for a
week two weeks maybe three weeks even
but you know it takes a while to
understand how your body is going to
react to that medication how how it
works with your particular like brain
chemistry how it works with your body
how it’s going to affect you like you
know when you get medication they give
you those like long-ass list of
potential side effects right not all of
them are gonna happen to you
and some may happen to you that aren’t
on that list I’ve had that happen so we
know that people react differently to
these things we know how typically
people react and then of course there’s
like issues with stuff that isn’t
reported I remember there was one
medication that I was on and I was
actually on it twice and all of my hair
started falling out like I didn’t know
bald but like it was horrifying when I
and I didn’t have dreadlocks then but he
was horrifying when I took a shower and
there was clumps of hair my hair was
everywhere and I
my doctor and I’m like my hair is
falling out what’s going on she had no
idea and I had to do research to find
out that the medication I was taking for
the record it was Tokyo mate you know
was making my hair fall out other people
have had that experience but it’s not
listed as an official side-effect and so
it wasn’t until I stopped taking that
that you know my hair starts falling out
and I have no problem with hair loss now
because I’m not taking it so it was like
it only happened during the two times
that I took that particular med and
medication so it’s pretty obvious that
it was that one so we don’t know how
these things are going to affect us and
some of the side effects may not be
listed basically so examples of
short-term medications that could have
you know negative effects on you would
be obviously pain meds they can have
whether they’re short term or long term
can have a lot of effects on our
cognitive abilities any anxiety meds
antibiotics can have an effect on you
muscle relaxants antihistamines can
cause problems with like memory loss and
concentration sleeping pills I think
that’s a little more obvious there’s
lots more that you could take on a
short-term basis that could cause all
kinds of problems so you really need to
know how it affects you and a short-term
medication doesn’t really give you
enough time to know how it’s going to
affect you so my basic advice for
short-term medication is to simply take
a little break while you’re taking it
most of the time it’s gonna be a week
maybe two weeks you know it’s not a long
time so it’s not a big deal to take a
step back and say okay I’m not going to
do any really dangerous activities
during the time that I’m taking this
medication and so whether if that’s
chopping or bottoming it doesn’t really
matter sometimes it’s best just to avoid
and and maybe that means only doing
light activities with established
partners or maybe it means not playing
at all but you know and chances are if
you’re on short-term medications you’re
probably not feeling great anyways right
so there’s that so there’s a million in
one long-term medications that can have
an effect on you
so I give you like the shortlist even
though there’s a ton of things on it but
here’s a general idea of what could
again be affecting you
there’s antidepressants and other
psychiatric meds that could have it’s
quite serious effects on your your
memory on your you know judgment on your
personality all kinds of stuff like that
tranquilizers as well which sometimes
falls into the category of said yeah
psychiatric meds sometimes not
anti-anxiety meds
I like all of it they can have serious
issues and you don’t know how you’re
gonna react until you take them if you
are having negative side effects on any
kind of side psychiatric medication just
talk to your doctor there are a lot of
options out there and you can try
different things until you find
something that works for you pain meds I
mentioned that already I think that we
are really really all aware of the
dangers of pain meds I am on long-term
pain medication and so I know how it
affects me and that basically it helps
get my pain under control and I don’t
have cognitive or any other side effects
like that so I’m lucky that I can take
those and I don’t get high and I don’t
have an issue with it I know that some
people take these kind of the same pain
meds and have problems with
concentration or memory or they feel
like they’re getting high stuff like
that I don’t have that issue and I’ll
talk about that a little bit more in a
few minutes but it is a sort of a big
one that can be quite problematic for
some people things that you wouldn’t
expect such as a blood pressure
medication blood thinners cholesterol
meds all of those can cause memory
issues or perception issues or mood
issues all kinds of stuff there
arthritis meds that aren’t necessarily
painkillers can have serious effects on
us
birth control probably one of the most
common medications out there and it can
have some serious serious effects on us
the
ask any woman who has taken birth
control and completely lost her mind I
know that that happened to me if I take
birth control that is estrogen heavy I
become an absolute disaster I remember
one time crying hysterically because we
ran out of milk and I wanted a cup of
tea really ill ignore the fact that
there was a store open just around the
corner and I took money in my wallet so
there was no barrier to me buying more
milk but there was no milk and that was
the end of the fucking world so I don’t
take that type of birth control anymore
I am thankful that I know that about
myself now and I shared that information
with my doctor and we just don’t go
there so but I’ve also met women that
have that reaction to progesterone which
is usually birth control is one hormone
or the other or a combination of the two
so I yeah that’s something to be aware
of and it’s so so common like the
medication also these effects are so so
common but a lot of times they get put
down to you know women just being
hysterical or having PMS or whatever it
is and so that is a real problem
incontinence medications can have
problems dopamine agonists like you name
it there’s a huge huge long list so be
aware of the medications you’re taking
read that print oh with the huge long
list of side of potential side-effects
talk to your pharmacist they will be
able to tell you what is like a more
common side effect versus what’s a rare
one if you have problems talk to your
pharmacist and talk to your doctor
because there are usually multiple
options that you can try so whatever
medication Iran if it’s giving you
issues that you are not comfortable with
there’s usually something else that you
can try and it’s really important to
sort of monitor that I know that I’ve
been on medications where I didn’t
realize that things were not good
specifically some antidepressants and it
was the people in my life that were like
who are you
because you are not the Morgan I know
you are this like person that has gone
off the deep end and I didn’t realize
that I was acting like a horrible
horrible person but it was it was the
effect that the medication was having on
me
like I said I’ve tried a million and one
different medications herbal remedies as
well can cause issues because we need to
remember that herbal stuff is still
medication so whether we’re talking
about like I know a lot of people take
st. John’s wort for depression or
melatonin for sleep you know so there’s
all those kind of things and then
there’s these sort of more obvious that
it’s a drug stuff but it’s still in that
classification of herbal stuff so
medications like kratom or kratom I
don’t know how people say it I’ve really
only seen it on the internet but that
can be used for pain for concentration
for all kinds of different things and I
think personally that it’s a pretty
decent thing I’ve taken it myself but
there are side effects that come along
with it that you need to be aware of
same with CBD or THC a lot of people are
getting into medical marijuana and
whether they for their condition need
more CBD or more THC it can have its own
side effects and can definitely have
cognitive effects so you need to be
aware of that you need to understand how
your medication affects you so with
long-term medication again we aren’t
going to say we can’t look at it the
same way as short-term because I just
told you for short-term medication you
know lay off play right but I’m on
medication for the rest of my life so
should I just never participate in BDSM
ever again no I’m going to take
medication I’m going to see how it
affects me over weeks and months and
then I’m going to slowly incorporate
play back into my life so that I can see
and you know communicate with my
partners I’m always honest with my
partners you know especially if I’ve
just started taking something new I will
be honest with them and for the record
I’m not a I don’t always disclose this
for just like casual play I’ll talk
about that in a few minutes but let me
get through this first but yeah we will
disclose I will you know get their
feedback if anything is off when we’re
playing I ask them to speak up to use
safe words to just say hey you are not
you right now we need to talk about this
so I really encourage them to do that so
I learn how the medication is going to
affect me and I need to understand how
it’s going to affect you know my
judgment first of all because I’m a top
and one of the things that I’ve learned
over the years is like some some
medications will have detrimental
effects on your memory and so what I
would do when I was taking stuff that
did affect my memory is when we would
talk about what are your limits every
single time before we play you know even
with long-term partners where I should
know this I would always want that
reminder okay what are your limits again
so that I don’t cross a line and I would
check in with definitely to recheck and
maybe I would go a little overboard
sometimes with a checking in but I’d
rather do that then cross a line right
and my partners were usually okay with
that you know again we would talk about
it beforehand because communication is
the most important skill you will learn
in BDSM I’ve said that a lot but it is
that important you need to be able to
communicate another thing that you need
to take into consideration is if you’re
bottoming you need to learn where your
limits are they may change some
medications could make you more
susceptible to pain or it could make you
more susceptible to bruising especially
drawn like a blood thinner you would
bruise a lot more easily and if bruising
is going to be a problem for you then
you need to know where that line is
between feels good and out too much now
I’m really bruised so there’s all kinds
of all kinds of things that could be
affected by medication when you’re
playing so again learn take the time to
learn how the medication is going to
affect you
as a human and then when you decide to
go back and reintroduce BDSM into your
life go slow
play light you can always play again and
play harder you can always add you can’t
take away I’ve said that a million times
on this channel but just go really slow
in light until you know until you know
how this medication will affect your
play now let’s talk about disclosure
because I do think that it’s important
to disclose in some circumstances in
others it’s a bit of a gray area so when
you choose to disclose that you are on
medication you are basically disclosing
your health information if I tell you
I’m on antidepressants you may assume
that I’m depressed which would be a
reasonable assumption but what you don’t
know is that antidepressants are also
used to treat chronic pain and a number
of other conditions so we don’t want to
make those assumptions however people do
and sometimes people will discriminate
based on those assumptions should you
not play with a depressed person like no
that’s ridiculous depressed people
deserve to do stuff just like anybody
else people with psychiatric issues
mental health issues deserve to you know
have as much enjoyment as anybody else
in life but you know if you are somebody
who can’t handle those kind of things
and that’s a discussion you need to have
so there is a lot of discrimination that
can come along with it and I am saying
this as a person who takes pain
medication there’s a lot of
discrimination especially in the current
climate and people make assumptions
about me ie that I’m an addict which I
am NOT but there is an assumption there
that is made I generally believe that it
is better to be honest however I don’t
always disclose my medication status to
just casual play partners if I’ve just
met somebody and we’re gonna play at a
dungeon I don’t go into my health
history I’ll give them a basic overview
but I’m not going to sit down and have
the same type of discussion as I will
with a partner
if I have somebody who is you know
more serious partner in my life than we
do talk about okay here’s the medication
that I’m on here’s what I think you
should look out for just in case there’s
any problems you know if you have any
questions about my meds or my condition
or whatever and I we’ve talked about
those things when it’s a casual partner
like hey I just met you at a party we’re
gonna play once and maybe never again
maybe we never see each other again
because I do a lot of like traveling and
conventions and stuff like that so it’s
how much do I want to disclose at that
point especially knowing that there’s a
lot of discrimination and then there’s a
lot of other issues that come along with
it safety is one of them I’ve had people
ask for my medication had people demand
medication from me so that can be a real
problem I think you also need to be
prepared to educate people if you’re
going to disclose because again there’s
a lot of assumptions ie you know
antidepressants equal depressed person
or whatever so I think that you do need
to be prepared if you disclose to do
that education it shouldn’t be your
responsibility and maybe your version of
that education is Google it you know
giving somebody just telling somebody
google it that’s fine if that’s what you
want to do you need to do what’s right
for you in that situation but we also
need to understand that what we take can
affect play and if it’s something that’s
going to affect our partner in any way
even if it’s like this tiniest of
possibilities that it might affect them
we need to disclose because they cannot
give us informed consent unless we do so
it could be something as simple as hey
I’m on a blood thinner so I bruise more
easily it could be something where some
medications are passed through urine and
so if you are doing water sports
especially if you’re doing consumption
then that person needs to know because
if they consume your urine again little
tiny chance then they could have like a
serious allergic reaction to that drug
you know usually it’s a tiny tiny amount
and it’s not going to be a problem but
if somebody has a severe allergy it
could be an issue
and you don’t want to be that person
that didn’t disclose right because you
could kill somebody potentially
small chance but it could happen it’s
not zero so they need to know they need
to be able to say I am willing to take
on that small but you know existent risk
if you are on something that is going to
affect your memory
it could affect parts of your
negotiation for instance like I said I
needed to go over people’s hard limits
every time we played because I wouldn’t
always remember I would write it down
sometimes so that I had a list and I
could check it if I needed to if I was
like oh I want to do this thing wait are
they okay with it okay you know and it
could check a list of what’s good what
wasn’t um you know you figure out your
own sort of workarounds and for some
people it’s gonna be hard to determine
that line between fun and harm right so
again I’ll use painkillers as an example
if you’re taking painkillers and you are
at bottom it could mask the pain that
you need to feel where they were like
okay we’re bottoming we’re doing pain
play and it’s fun and you may not
totally recognize that line where it
goes from fun all the way over to harm
or just too much for you or whatever so
that can be a real problem so if you
don’t want bruising you need to know
where to stop for bruising but if you
can’t feel it as much then it can cause
a problem because maybe you’re like oh
yeah though this is fine because you’re
used to the way you used to be but now
it’s gonna cause bruising because we are
either going harder than you anticipated
or that you realized or because the
medication is making you bruise more
easily so there’s lots and lots of
reasons that you should disclose there
are some reasons that you may not want
to disclose again I always tell you guys
you are adults you need to make your own
decisions and as long as those decisions
do not affect other people as long as it
doesn’t affect their ability to consent
to play with you then I think you are
absolutely in your own right to make
whatever decision is right for you but
please do remember
we we should give people all of the
information they need to consent to
playing with us so yeah it is a
termination you’re gonna have to make
but playing with medication long term I
don’t think is an issue in and of itself
I think that it just adds to our
negotiation and it adds to what we need
to talk about so if you guys have any
questions about playing on long-term
medication or short-term medication or
anything like that please leave me a
comment below I will say I you know I
don’t want to ask you guys like oh do
you play on medication or anything like
that because I don’t want you to
necessarily disclose your personal
health information on the Internet I’ve
made a choice that I feel it’s okay for
me to disclose this because I I mean you
guys see my channel my life is a bit of
an open book here and I want to you know
teach you with my own personal
experience in some ways but you know
think about that I mean I don’t have a
problem if you want to disclose that
information but just please make sure
that it is something you realize that
everybody is going to see if you put
post it in a comment so please you know
share your thoughts on this subject you
know what do you think about playing on
medication whether it’s short term long
term whatever so please let me know your
thoughts thank you so much guys for
checking out this video I know it was a
bit of a long one and I talked a lot but
I appreciate you checking it out and I
will see you guys in the next video

Should you include keywords in your page URL? – Duration: 2:44. Hi, I’m Bruce Clay, and this is the Ask Us Anything series. I understand that for
the most part, Google ignores the keywords in the page URL. For this reason
I don’t want to spend too much time coming up with a perfect URL. Nonetheless,
are there any scenarios where it is beneficial to include keywords in the
page URL? I’m going to start by describing the problems in the first
place: For years, spammers have just keyword stuffed URLs; domain.com/
keyword – keyword – keyword – keyword – keyword, and that caused the search
engines to start ignoring the URL entirely. Now, with the advent of blogs,
many times you’re gonna find that the URL does in fact contain keywords.
They’re usually derived from the blog title, so yes, there are a lot of URLs on
the web that contain keywords. It is not clear that Google has decided that they
are given significant weight. It appears as if for the most part they’re ignored.
In our scenario, we like to have keywords if possible in URL because somebody may
link to you by the URL instead of normal anchor text. If the URL is used as the
link, Google is going to parse it, thinking its anchor text and they’re
going to discover the keywords that are in that particular URL. So where people
link to you by URL, it really is beneficial to have the keywords in the
tag. The second part is that humans kind of like keywords so if I were going to
your site and I wanted to find the About Us page and the URL said About Us, that
would be more convenient for the user, they would understand what your
structure is, they would feel more comfortable moving from page to page.
Should you add the keywords to the URL? It doesn’t hurt. You might as well, but if
you spam, you might expect to get a penalty.
It is not clear whether or not Google ranks URLs with keywords better because too many keywords can appear to be spam, and thus, ignored.
We use minimal amount of keywords in the URL because if the URL is linked to another site, Google parses the link thinking it’s anchor text.
Using keywords in the URL can help users understand the content on your page better.

Tom Arnold & Mark Burnett: Things Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com – Duration: 10:01. Tom Arnold & Mark Burnett: Things Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com
Actor Tom Arnold has accused producer Mark Burnett of assault.
Arnold claimed the former “Apprentice” producer choked him at a party on Sunday, September 16.
The aftermath played out on social media.
Arnold posted on Twitter Monday, September 17, that he was pressing charges against Burnett.
He shared that fact in a response to President Trump tweet.
Arnold wrote, “Sitting in West LAPD filing charges against your best bud Apprentice Outtakes Mark Burnett who lost his mind, attacted & chocked me last nite at Katzenberg’s Night Before The Emmy’s Party.
Last fight I got into there was with Harvey Weinstein.
Mark Burnett is scared:) #TrumpTapes”.
Here’s what you need to know.
Tom Arnold Quickly Shared the Allegations on Social Media.
Tom Arnold took to Twitter Sunday night to accuse Mark Burnett of assaulting him.
He claimed it happened during the Evening Before The Emmys event in Los Angeles.
He posted the accusation around 9:30 p.m.
local time.
“Mark Burnett just went apeshit & choked me at this huge Emmy party then he ran away with his torn Pink shirt & missing gold chain.
I’m waiting for LAPD.”.
A source told Variety that the two men got into a physical confrontation while entering the party.
The source said it was unclear what the argument was about and that there was shoving involved.
But it was not clear who may have initiated the violence.
Mark Burnett’s Wife Pushed Back on Twitter, Posting a Picture of a Bruise She Claims to Have Sustained in the Altercation.
Mark Burnett’s wife, Roma Downey, posted to Twitter about an hour after the incident.
She shared a picture of her bruised hand, which she claimed she suffered during the altercation.
Her tweet read:.
“Got this bruise tonight when Tom Arnold tried to ambush my husband Mark and me at a charity event.
Is your TV show worth it Tom? Please stop.”.
Tom Arnold was quick to respond to Downey’s tweet.
He wrote back: “Bullshit.
You lie your crazy husband attacked me you psycho.
I’m filing police report & suing you for defamation.”.
Arnold accused Downey of lying about how she was bruised.
He claimed the photo was a week old and had nothing to do with him.
Arnold Claims to Have a Witness to Support His Claim About the Alleged Fight, and Received Support From Fellow Actor Patton Oswalt on Social Media.
The Hollywood Reporter spoke with Tom Arnold’s lawyer, Marty Singer.
He claimed that the confrontation was an “unprovoked attack” and that there was at least one witness who could support Arnold’s side of the story.
Mark Burnett has not yet issued any public statements or social media posts about the alleged incident at the Emmy party.
The Los Angeles Police Department has also not commented on the incident.
Tom Arnold Has Accused Mark Burnett of Hiding Alleged Tapes of President Trump using Derogatory Language.
The tension between Tom Arnold and Mark Burnett had been growing for several months.
Arnold has been working on an investigative series about President Trump called “The Hunt for the Trump Tapes.” The eight-episode series was scheduled to debut on September 18 on Viceland.
Arnold has been trying to obtain access to outtakes from the “Apprentice.” His series follows his search for alleged video recordings of Donald Trump making discriminatory statements or using the n-word.
Arnold has accused Mark Burnett of protecting President Trump by refusing to make previously unseen footage available to the public.
It is important to note that there has been no physical evidence that such tapes exist.
In October of 2016, prior to the election, Burnett stated that he did not have the right to release any unaired footage because it was the property of MGM.
This took place right after the release of the now-infamous 2005 “Access Hollywood” tape.
The allegations came up again after former “Apprentice” contestant and White House staffer Omarosa Manigault Newman released her book.
She claimed that Trump used the n-word often while taping the reality show and called him a racist.
In response, President Trump then tweeted in August of 2018 that Mark Burnett had assured him that no such tapes existed.
“.@MarkBurnettTV called to say that there are NO TAPES of the Apprentice where I used such a terrible and disgusting word as attributed by Wacky and Deranged Omarosa.
I don’t have that word in my vocabulary, and never have.
She made it up.”.
Tom Arnold Reportedly Asked Mark Burnett for an Interview For His Upcoming Show.
Arnold shared a video on Twitter on September 13th, of an alleged phone conversation with Mark Burnett.
In the video, he requests an interview with Burnett.
Arnold tweeted the following caption:.
“Mark Burnett, Tom Arnold is there anyway that we could get together and talk?”.
“Uh, not right now. What’s up?”.
“About my show, and uh, Trump.
“What show?”.
“The Hunt for the Trump Tapes, have you not heard about it?”.
“No.
Arnold is also heard asking Burnett if he could use that phone conversation in the show.
The answer was no.

Will the Mark of the Beast Be Given to You Without Warning? – Duration: 2:27. Some are afraid that they’ll accept the Mark of the Beast without knowing it.
In this video, I answer whether the Mark of the Beast will be given to you without you knowing it.
Before I begin I want to give a brief introduction about myself in case
this is the first time you’ve seen me or heard my voice.
I am the author of the comprehensive end time book Prophecy Proof Insights of the End Times.
I’ve studied Bible prophecy since I turned 16 years old
and my goal is to help make Bible prophecy easy for you to understand.
So, I don’t think we need to worry about the Mark of the Beast being implemented without us knowing it.
The first reason is we have a general idea of when the Mark of the Beast system will be implemented.
Its implementation is linked to the rise of the False Prophet and the unveiling of the
Antichrist’s true identity to the world at the midpoint of the 70th week of Daniel
(also known as the “tribulation”).
The fact that we have a general idea about when the Mark of the Beast will arrive suggests
that its arrival is not supposed to be something that people who pay attention to Bible prophecy
and world events will be blindsided by.
Second, the Mark of the Beast’s main purpose is to distinguish between followers of the
Antichrist and opponents of the Antichrist.
People with the Mark will declare themselves followers of the Antichrist.
Therefore, the Mark is unlikely going to be forced on people because that would undermine
its significance.
The existence of an “option” to accept or reject the Mark implies that people will
be made aware of the Mark of the Beast’s existence and the consequences of not accepting it.
Third, Revelation 13 tells us that the False Prophet is going to promote the Mark of the
Beast system.
He’s going to compel people to join the system after performing all sorts of signs
and wonders.
The fact that the False Prophet will have to entice people to join the Mark of the Beast
system suggests that people will be made aware of the Mark of the Beast when arrives.
So, you shouldn’t worry that you’re going to unknowingly accept the Mark of the Beast.

Ben 10: Why Worked so Well – Duration: 7:09. it’s here time wit up my loogies lugia
x’ and up to work on a name for you guys
there’s so many of you lose yeah
comment down below yeah ideas hey hey
what is up guys is Jerry you’re from
uncle Jerry the 50 production zone look
at C 2010 all hosting another episode of
Gordon days cartoons and in this week’s
episode we are revisiting bent in the
classic version because that’s what you
guys wanted to see and you know you go
from the community poll it’s right up
here and I take your suggestions and
then I make a video about it and you
watch it and hopefully you hit that like
button if you do like the channel but
without further ado let’s go ahead and
jump into the sweets episode this thing
gets pretty clunky you know I can’t
imagine if like bin looks like Dan’s
little prom date and then this thing
it’s like bumping into everyone because
it’s pretty crowded I mean look at this
thing it’s huge it’s huge so in this
week’s episode Zak is already covered –
what made Benton great and oh hi so what
could we possibly do again you may ask
and my answer is let me just talk so I
really wanted to do a whole episode
themed of like how Benton was made and
what went into it where they got the
ideas and I found nothing so if you guys
if you guys have some ideas of where to
look
send me an article or something and
maybe we can cover that in a future
episode but I will tell you what I do
know and some of the speculations some
of us a comment since maybe it’s all the
above I don’t know guys but when Benton
was being produced in 2005 which would
have been it was around 2000 late 2003
early 2004 it was pitched Cartoon
Network was going through a transition
of powers and there’s this whole new
phase coming around entering or leaving
the recess bays
shut out if you’re a 90s kid and you
like recess Rugrats and entering this
new superhero phase so we had spider-man
and Ellison on Cartoon Network
Powerpuff Girls and all these new
superhero TV shows of Cartoon Network
really really especially with Danny
Phantom and Nickelodeon they really
wanted a superhero TV show of their own
and what happened was banned in it
appealed to the kid demographic it was a
smashing success
so was no shopper I guess that it
actually got to my action films and then
a whole animated film down the road a
giant toy line I mean seriously they’ve
made so much money off the deans and I’m
not complaining because I have like 90%
of them gone on t-shirts find your new
maker Phil I made it onto the chair but
you guys can’t see and then it fell and
if you think about it Benton actually
appeals to all demographics this is
really genius that way if you think
about it if a parent is watching the
show with their kid think grandpa Matt’s
might have tilted them and their sense
of humor
Gwen definitely appeals to the lady
audience and Ben the pills took like
every boy ever because he’s like a kid
that kicks butt and turns into big giant
heroes it’s like every kid’s dream also
what made Ben 10 really great is that it
kind of just worked for simplicity so we
have 10 aliens to begin with it wasn’t
crazy it was actually very drawn out now
an alien force they had more of an
episodic theme where the whole season
stretched across this giant storyline
Ben Tenn kind of resembles a new bin to
read Lynch if you have seen that where
it’s like every little episode does a
little tick around the clock and then
it’s its own little story and there’s
not a lot of overlap but there’s
character development in it and it
worked it worked really well because the
storytelling was really genius and
just connected with the kids and you got
a sense of completion out of it and then
it wasn’t all for nothing like the
reboot show come on guys but I think the
main reason why Benton worked and that’s
what I really wanted to touch on today
is the world-building aspect of it so we
have a world right it’s bent in its
earth but then we have 10 aliens and
they’re crazy because aliens those don’t
exist on earth but they do now because
we’ve been ten and then all these aliens
come down and it’s kind of a whole
spider-man theme well are there super
villains because the spider-man or
spider-man because the super villain
same applies to Ben 10 so we get to
learn about there’s this whole other
planets out there with nothing but these
aliens on them and Ben is kind of being
a representative of that best species
and it kind of just built a whole kind
of world around it so it felt like a
whole universe being cold within one
characters perspective and it’s really
cool and it kind of just really worked
for selling toys guys if you want to
sell a lot of toys make a whole universe
up that’s kind of all my fun facts about
Ben 10 for today if you still don’t
believe me on the whole world building
aspect then look at the villains egg
shows they had a giant one from space
they had kind of the whole mage wizard
type of villain with pets and then the
old classic knights in armor point is
everyone kind of had their own little
villain they cover all aspects of
different villains there wasn’t a lot of
overlap those people to see as a young
child growing up so it pretty much does
it for this week’s episode again if you
know more about the history of Ben 10
why was created how it was created
besides the whole Cartoon Network wanted
a superhero TV show then definitely hit
me up because I’m really interested I
just could not find any content for the
life of major
net sweets episodes ago today’s cartoons
made sure to vote for because I think
we’re gonna have some very special ones
if the one I think is going to win then
it’s gonna be a great episode but if it
doesn’t one it will for sure when
arguably the greatest TV show of all
time much less car cam so if you enjoy
the video or if you saw that I messed up
on something please comment down below
we are always trying to improve that’s
watching guys I’ll hit you up in the
next one to make sure the butternut
community Paula and peace out
I wonder if there’s an alien on here
the ghost makes me more attractive to
the ladies

Initial Enrollment Period (IEP) and Delayed Medicare Part B Enrollment – 2018 – Duration: 12:23. This video is for people deciding whether to delay Medicare Part B enrollment.
We will address the following issues: WHAT are Medicare Enrollment Periods for Parts
A and B, DOES it make sense to delay Part B Enrollment, WHAT are penalties for postponing
Part B, and HOW you may enroll in Medicare Part A and Part B LATER without penalties.
There are certain periods when you can join Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B. In other
words, you are not allowed to enroll whenever you want.
You may use one of the following enrollment periods: Initial Enrollment Period (IEP),
General Enrollment Period (GEP), and Special Enrollment Period for people covered under
current employment (SEP).
My name is Gregory Lazarev, and I am the President of Liberty Medicare.
Liberty Medicare is a licensed independent insurance agency specializing in various Medicare
plans for people above age 65 or on disability.
We are helping people in many US states compare, select and enroll in the BEST Medicare plans.
Closed Captions are available, please use it at your convenience.
Let’s get started!
Initial Enrollment Period (IEP) • An Initial Enrollment Period (IEP) for
Medicare Part A and B is a 7-month period that begins three months before you turn age
65, or, in the case of disability, three months before your 25th month of disability.
It includes the 3 months before, the month of, and the 3 months after the triggering
event to be eligible for Medicare.
• You can sign up anytime during the Initial Enrollment Period.
You also may delay Part A and/or Part B coverage.
• If you sign up for Part A and/or Part B during the first three months of your Initial
Enrollment Period, your coverage will start in most cases on the first day of your birthday
month.
However, by waiting until you are 65 or older, your Medicare coverage will be delayed.
Delayed Part A Enrollment If you are eligible for premium-free Part
A, you can enroll in Part A at ANY TIME after you’re first eligible for Medicare.
Your Part A coverage will go back (retroactively) 6 months from when you sign up.
If you didn’t sign up for Medicare Part A (because you have to buy it) or Part B during
the Initial Enrollment Period, you might sign up during the next General Enrollment Period.
In most cases, you’ll have to pay a late enrollment penalty.
We’ll talk about the General Enrollment Period later.
I am currently working.
May I Delay Medicare enrollment?
The size of the employer determines whether you may be able to delay Part A and Part B
without having to pay the penalty if you enrolled later.
• If the employer has fewer than 20 employees • In this case, Medicare pays BEFORE your
group health coverage.
• You should sign up for Part A and Part B when you are first eligible – at the Initial
Enrollment Period (IEP).
• If the employer has 20 or more employees • In this case, Medicare pays AFTER your
group health coverage.
• Your decision whether to delay enrollment depends on how good is your group health coverage
relatively to Medicare.
• If you have group health coverage based on the current employment, then you MAY delay
Part A and Part B and will not have to pay a lifetime late enrollment penalty if you
enroll later.
We’ll talk about it later.
• Typically, only Part B is delayed.
Part A is free, but there is a premium for Part B. Part B is optional.
Late Enrollment Penalties If you are paying for Part A and delay enrollment
into Part A after your IEP, you may have to pay a late enrollment penalty of 10% of the
current Part A premium for each 12-month period you delayed enrollment.
The penalty lasts twice the number of years that enrollment was postponed.
If you delay your enrollment into Part B after your IEP, you may have to pay a late enrollment
penalty of 10% of the current Part B premium for each 12-month period you delayed enrollment.
However, if you have coverage from an employer group health plan based on current employment,
you may not have to pay the penalty.
If you are 65 years old or older, the penalty lasts as long as you are enrolled in Part
B.
If you are younger than 65, and have Medicare because of a disability, the Part B penalty
will end when you turn 65.
SPECIAL ENROLLMENT PERIOD for Part B • You are entitled to a Special Enrollment
Period (SEP) for people covered under current employment
• If you didn’t take Medicare Part B when you were first eligible because you or your
spouse were working, and • If you have Group Health Coverage through
your or your spouse’s current employer or union
• Whenever you are ready to leave your employer coverage (even if you are continuing to work)
or if your employer group health coverage ends, you have a SEP to enroll in Part B.
• You could sign up for Part B during a Special Enrollment Period
• Anytime you are still covered by the employer or union group health plan through your or
your spouse’s current or active employment, or
• During the 8 months following the month the employer or union group health plan coverage
ends, or when the employment ends, whichever comes first
SPECIAL ENROLLMENT PERIOD (CONT.)
Special Enrollment Period allows you to delay the Part B enrollment without paying a late
enrollment penalty.
• Only employee coverage can be used to defer Part B; neither COBRA nor retiree coverage
can be used to delay Part B. You have 8 months to sign up for Part B; therefore, if you choose
COBRA, don’t wait until your COBRA ends to enroll in Part B.
General Enrollment Period (GEP) • People
• who did not enroll in Part A or B during their IEP, or terminated their Part A or Part
B benefits and wanted to re-enroll, and • who are not entitled to a Special Enrollment
Period (SEP) for people covered under current employment
may enroll in either or both Parts A and B during the General Enrollment Period (GEP).
• General Enrollment Period runs from January 1 to March 31 of each year.
• The coverage will start on July 1 of the year in which you have signed up
• If you enroll in Part B during the GEP, you may have to pay the Part B late enrollment
penalty.
Here is the summary of “When can you Enroll in Part B”
Initial Enrollment Period – 7-month period surrounding your birthday month
General Enrollment Period – January 1 through March 31 each ear.
Effective July 1.
10% penalty every 12-month period if eligible but did not enroll
Special Enrollment Period – the 8-month period beginning the month after you retire
or lose employer-based coverage, whichever comes first

Users and Seats: AT&T Collaborate Video Tutorial – Duration: 1:48. Welcome to this AT&T Collaborate
video tutorial.
In this video we’re going to explain the concept
of users and seats in AT&T Collaborate and how they
differ from phone lines.
A user, sometimes called a seat, is at the center
of AT&T Collaborate functionality.
Many customers are accustomed to having phone lines
and phone numbers connected to their company
through a PBX.
With AT&T Collaborate hosted voice service, all of your
phone numbers, lines, and features are managed
in the cloud.
In AT&T Collaborate, a user is any person or function
that needs to have a unique extension or phone number
or make and receive calls.
A direct dial phone number is optional.
When a user is set up they will have a single extension
associated with their seat, but can be connected
to one or multiple devices.
You can have any combination of desk phones,
mobile apps, or soft phone.
If the user has more than one device associated
with them, all of the devices will ring simultaneously
when the extension is called.
However, each device will be able to make calls out
from a separate dial tone.
Each user has a set of customizable features
and a single voicemail box.
Remember, if you use a fax machine, credit card machine,
or monitored alarm system, or anything that needs
a unique phone number, they require their own user as well.
Thanks for watching this AT&T Collaborate video tutorial.

Can You Really Tell if Someone is Lying to You? – Duration: 5:40. [INTRO ♪]
You’ve probably heard of all kinds of tricks you can use to tell if someone’s lying.
Like from me. Six years ago.
-Liars often use more formal language to deny something that they’ve actually done.
Oh my god! [laughs]
But separating lies from the truth isn’t as simple as learning all those techniques,
because most of them are based on the assumption that there’s an inherent psychological difference between lying and telling the truth.
And that is not always the case.
Which means a foolproof lie detector is unlikely, if not impossible.
Let’s say someone is letting their dog poop on your lawn, but none of your neighbors are copping to it.
If you’re the type of person who faithfully watches every episode of Lie to Me or Law and Order, you might think you know a thing or two about detecting deception.
But even if you tried those techniques, you might not be able to catch the liar — or worse, you might end up accusing the wrong person.
Most of these things involve looking for signals of stronger emotions, especially the fear of being caught.
Polygraph machines, for example, are designed to detect lies based on changes to things associated with anxiety, like an increased heart rate or sweating.
And they’re notoriously unreliable.
There’s also the idea that minute facial movements, also known as microexpressions, can reveal someone’s innermost thoughts.
But microexpressions actually have very little empirical basis, especially if you’re talking about reading people in real time.
While there is some potential for developing computerized methods of lie detection based on it,
it’s not really a skill you can pick up and then use when you go confront your neighbor about that new mystery lawn turd.
In fact, microexpression training can make you worse at detecting certain kinds of lies, for the same reason polygraphs don’t work:
emotions just aren’t a good way to tell if someone is lying.
Like, it’s not that weird to think that you might be super anxious if you’re in a tiny windowless room being intensely interviewed while hooked up to a weird machine—whether or not you’re telling the truth.
On the flip side, a super confident liar might not feel anxious at all.
And even if you do feel stronger emotions when you lie, they can vary based on your motivation for lying and what’s at stake if you’re found out.
So more recent research into lie detection has stepped away from looking at emotional signals and focused more on the idea that lying increases what psychologists call cognitive load.
If you think of your brain like a computer— which you mostly shouldn’t—then cognitive load is, like, how much of your RAM is in use.
The idea is that when you lie, you’re inventing things, juggling the real and the fake, carefully watching for hints that you’ve been found out, and generally using more working memory than you would be if you just told the truth.
And that’s supported by brain scanning studies.
Since you only have so much RAM to work with, cognitive lie detection relies on challenging the suspected liar’s brain and gauging how well they handle the additional work.
They use tactics like having people tell their stories in reverse, draw diagrams of the scene, or perform some other physical task while they’re talking.
Then they look for inconsistencies between accounts or changes to verbal and nonverbal cues, like pauses or body language.
This method works somewhere between 2/3 and 3/4 of the time, which is better than flipping a coin, but still not great.
And like stronger emotions, having a high cognitive load isn’t unique to liars.
Someone can have a lot going on in their head for completely unrelated reasons.
There’s some newer research using brain scanners and other high-tech machines to look for specific brain pathways or activation patterns that are unique to lying.
But so far, they have not found any magic bullets, and it’s unclear if they ever will.
So there’s not as much distinguishing a lie and the truth as you might think.
Part of the reason might be that when people lie, they don’t usually make everything up—they often tell embedded lies, where most of what they’re saying is true.
Like, if you asked that person about that dog’s last walk, they might tell you about another day where they didn’t stroll past your house, and be like, “I never walk past your house! That day I was in a completely different neighborhood.”
So, they are lying, but they’re also giving a totally true account of a walk they really took.
And lying is an essential part of our psychology—we lie for all kinds of reasons, and we don’t just lie to others, we lie to ourselves, so much so that what we see as the truth is constantly shifting.
While all of these studies are super important for things like our justice system and how we train law enforcement,
they aren’t really things that you can use to figure out if your neighbor is hiding the truth about their dog pooping on your lawn.
Which they are. They definitely are.
Like, good luck getting them to sit down for some extensive, taped one-on-one interviews so you can try to analyze their speech patterns or check details while you’re getting them to retell the story of their dog walk for the sixteenth time.
Besides, trying to become a better lie detector often backfires.
Simply trying to detect a lie or thinking you have the skills to do so can make you more likely to think that a lie is being told—a phenomenon known as lie bias, which we’re all familiar with if we play the game “Werewolf.”
When put to the test, professionals who detect lies as a part of their jobs—like cops—don’t generally do a better job of telling fact from fiction, even though they’re more confident in their assessments.
Studies have also found that people who undergo lie detection training can actually be worse at sniffing out liars than those who don’t.
Either way, I’d hazard a guess that your neighbors aren’t so keen on being interrogated.
So setting up a camera to catch that dog in the act might be a safer bet.
Thanks for watching this episode of SciShow Psych!

What is an Electricity Market? An explanation from Ontario’s electricity system operator – Duration: 2:35. Electricity.
Did you ever wonder how the exact amount of electricity
you need is available in real time, each day?
Think about the electricity used
as you and your family get ready in the morning.
While you’re away, a programmable or smart thermostat
can adjust your home temperature
to lower your electricity use.
Energy goes up again when you return home at night.
We’re all connected to the electricity grid.
Energy is delivered to us from electricity generators,
over wires, and into our homes,
and this is all managed through an electricity market.
It’s bought and sold like many other types of commodities,
say the market for apples.
Just like a variety of apples from many different farms
and orchards are bought and sold at a market,
there are also a lot of participants
in the electricity market,
which helps make pricing competitive.
It cost-effectively aligns the ability
to provide electricity, or supply,
with our need for electricity, or demand.
And that demand varies throughout the day.
One of the responsibilities of Ontario’s IESO,
or Independent Electricity System Operator,
is to watch patterns of energy consumption
across the province, and use them to forecast
the amount of electricity we’ll need in any given hour.
Various electricity generators use the IESO forecast
to plan how much electricity they can provide,
and at what cost.
They need to factor in things like equipment maintenance,
and available fuel sources.
Because that supply of resources varies,
and our demand for electricity varies,
different offers come to market
every five minutes, 24 hours a day.
And just as various apple growers
come to the market, with the amount of apples
they can offer at their best price,
the generators of electricity come to the market
with the amount of energy they can offer
at their best price.
And that’s how they compete to provide that electricity.
Then, the IESO, in order to meet demand,
takes the lowest prices offered,
until our need for electricity is met.
Running the electricity market in this way
allows the IESO to operate the electricity grid
cost-effectively, and ensures that a reliable supply
of electricity is provided to us all
whenever it’s needed.
And all of that gives us this.
