Amber Alert cancelled for 2 month old Washington Girl

Kitsap County Sheriff and the State of Washington cancelled the Amber Alert on Saturday evening after the child and suspect were located in Wyoming. The suspect was taken in to custody. Click for map of Port Orchard, Washington.

Serenity Withrow is described as being a 2 month old white female, brown hair, hazel eyes, 1'11". 6lbs.

The suspect is Rebecca Forrester. She is described as being a 32 year old female, white with brown hair, and brown eyes, Weighing (Aprox): 140lbs. She has a tatoo of a unicorn on her right ankle, heavily pocked mark face, false teeth.

The suspect vehicle is a white 2001 Dodge Dakota pickup WA license number A02765P.
