Amber Alert Canceled for 4 Year Old Illinois Girl

The Richton Park Illinois Police Department canceled the Amber Alert after the girl was brought to a local police station by an unidentified man. The investigation is continuing.

Atona Burnett, 4 yrs., Black female with a light complexion and a scar on her neck was abducted in Richton Park Illinois on Thursday afternoon.

She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue shorts and socks, white shoes, and pink-rimmed glasses.

Police are looking for Ida Byrd 44 yrs., Black with a dark complexion, 5' 7" with a thin build. Byrd was driving a red Ford Escort at the time of the abduction.

Police believe she may be headed to Arizona by car or possibly plane. They may be accompanied by a black, heavy-set male who was last seen wearing a red, yellow and white stripped shirt.
