The thing is you need to understand this culture unfortunately it’s all been
messed up and botched up we are a godless country we are a country without
any morals there’s no morality in this country we could live like this and
really live well because there was a huge rise of consciousness everything
could be looked at simply the way it is people were ruled by their consciousness
not by morality not by the fear of punishment simply by the sense of living
so because there was such a society anything could be talked anywhere and
there was no issue well that’s not the condition right now that’s a different
thing but this is how this culture and this nation evolved it took thousands of
years of work to get this mass of people to that state but slowly that is
changing because now we have taken in Western morality where something is good
something is bad something is god something is devil something is high
something is low something is pure something is impure there was no such
thing in this culture we just saw life just the way it is how much of what to
do in your life he’s an individual choice if you because we clearly
understood the nature of human mind in this mind if you say something is bad do
not think about it that will become the full-time job in the minds of your
friends well any any mind if you say don’t think about this only that they
will think people who did not understand the nature of human mind brought
morality into life people who understood the mind the way it is in this culture
we never said anything is bad or good we just said this is how it is how much of
what you do in your life is an individual choice how much this
person eats and how much that person eats
is an individual choice but now Western doctors are telling us all of us will
eat so many calories this is rubbish that’s not the way the body works if you
eat let us say let’s say you eat one kilogram of food same type of food let’s
say the same nourishment both of you may be same body weight maybe let’s say both
of your same body weight both of you ate one kilogram of food it will not go well
in one person this food may go well in another person maybe only half a
kilogram goes well and they still maintain weight this is a fact you try
it honestly take 10 people and see this is a fact but now they are telling you
mass producing everything you know everybody must eat this many calories of
food only then you will have this much energy this is simplistic nonsense
especially when it comes to subjective dimensions of who you are this modality
of everybody must do this everybody must do that never worked different people’s
needs are different and we have produced so many perverted human beings on the
planet because we just said something is wrong and you should not think about it
if you just let it be the reproductive organs are a small part of who you are
but what should be in the reproved reproductive organ has been very
efficiently pushed up into the human head now sexuality is not happening in
in their bodies it’s happening in their head all the time in your body it’s a
natural process in your head it’s a sickness yes in your body
it is just a natural process we are all born out of it
there is nothing right about it wrong about it it’s just one little aspect of
our life if we resist it it’ll rise into our head and now it looks like entire
life is just about that today I would say tell me if I’m exaggerating a
percentage today I would say 95% of human energy is either invested in sex
or money yes or no these are two small aspects of your life one is about your
survival another is a certain aspect of your physiology okay it is become so big
because somebody told you these two things are wrong we never looked at it
that way so somebody wrote a text on that what are all the different ways it
happens what are all the different types of bodies that people have and
compatibility of two different individuals everything in xsplit is
detailed somebody wrote because they never thought I mean if they’re not
looking at like this they don’t they did not think it’s pornography you
understand they just describing life as it is
so today’s eyes look at Kama Sutra as an authentication of pornography okay no
that’s not what it is if they’re just talking about it like they would have
talked about anything because it’s just one more thing they did not think it’s
everything they saw it is just one more thing
so they wrote it like that so it’s like your physics term your chemistry
textbook just like that they wrote a sexual textbook
did it make much bones out of it but now in today’s world now people are looking
at it like it’s some kind of a endorsement for all the perversions they

Will You End Up Rich or Broke? – Duration: 10:10. welcome to the video guys today we’re gonna do a quick lesson on cashflow and
assets for us liabilities now I got a lot of questions on the last video I did
from students and through email so I want to touch on this today a little bit
from a different perspective we’re gonna run through an example here and I’ll
link the last video up in the up as a card and also drop it in the description
too if you want to check that out now we’re gonna run through an example that
is not me we’re gonna give you a different example like a 9 to 5 ish
example of an entrepreneur that works a job but is also taking action too so
this is you right here we’re gonna talk about assets versus liabilities and
before we actually get into it if you don’t understand exactly what an asset
versus a liability cuz a lot of people don’t and I know that this is gonna rub
some people the wrong way but different things can be different things different
things can be assets and different things to be liabilities so a car might
be an asset for someone believe it or not even though for 99.9% of the
population it’s a liability not most of the time it’s going to be a
liability just as most people think a house is an asset when in fact it’s a
liability so what is an asset what is a liability and what is cashflow let’s
define them really fast Before we jump into this so an asset if you’re unaware
is basically anything that puts money in your pocket on a monthly basis or just
puts money in your pocket a liability is something that takes money out of your
pocket on a monthly basis and cashflow is the difference month the month so in
that month if you’re bringing in you know four grand but you’re you have you
know fragrant and expenses then your cash flow is positive $1000 if the
opposite would be negative $1000 so that’s the asset that’s the liability
that’s the cash flow so what puts money in your pocket we’re gonna go through an
example well for person X their salary is 4 K a month not bad because you gotta
remember with being an employee one of the benefits that you that you get the
benefits that you get from being an employees you don’t have to really worry
about your taxes too too much and so that paycheck that you get you can spend
it all you can you know what money you have coming in when you’re an
entrepreneur or you’re working for yourself or you’re running a business
you have to be cognizant of your tax and your expenses and all that stuff because
the money that you bring in isn’t 100 percent profit it’s income and then you
obviously out of your expenses and then you have to pay your taxes and stuff and
so on and so forth a little bit beyond the scope of this video but so this is
actually after taxes you get 4 K after taxes which is actually not that
bad that means you’re getting two grand roughly a paycheck every two weeks but
you also hear an action taker you’re an entrepreneur you’re watching this
channel so you started your own YouTube channel it’s not doing that well but
you’re gaining traction you’re gaining about $100 a month in ad revenue pennies
so just a little fun lesson for you there you also took action and your
YouTube channel is basically based on private labeling because you took action
and deprived a label and you learn that and you’re making 2km month doing
private labeling and that’s profit so that’s good I love that you’re an action
taker even though you have a job you’re building a business you want to be an
entrepreneur but you’re doing it the smart way you’re
not just going all in essentially when you don’t know what you’re getting into
so you’re getting 6.1 K a month or $6,100 so those are your assets
everything that you have that’s essentially bringing money in to your
pocket on that month now if you had another property that was paid off and
people are renting it out that would be an asset if you had another you know
your house payment that you weren’t running out that’s obviously a liability
so you understand how things can be different in different situations
so that’s your asset column now your liability column I gave you a couple
different examples while your rent is 1.5 K maybe it’s a mortgage whatever
it’s 1.5 km month your utilities overall are $300 a month your car payment is
$600 a month now that your insurance and this is actually kind of funny one thing
that I realized when I moved down on my own fairly recently you know and started
paying all sorts of my insurance bills insurance is actually a lot of money
especially all the types of insurance you have to pay racked up little caveat
I don’t know that because I know that the demographic that watches this
channel and learns are a lot of aspiring young entrepreneurs that are just
getting into it you got a lot more expenses than you think trust me so
insurance is 1 K a month your phone bills roughly a hundred bucks a month
and then this is something that I want to touch on your unplanned expenses so
people and this is something we’re talking here a second a lot of people
don’t think about unplanned expenses these things fluctuate your assets
fluctuate this is not always going to be one of the world be so easy if this is
always set in stone at at six point one came out then you knew what’s coming in
it’s not that simple we’re going to touch on that in a second same thing
with liabilities your could go up here utilities change your
car payment could go up you might have you might your car might break down just
happened fairly recently with me my tire popped on you need a new tire and my
door handle loss over it for some reason like there was like a thing like stuck
in there I had to get it fixed and so I had to take it there had to pay like 800
bucks in labor after all that was done it was crazy
and so unplanned expenses just something to think about and consider so this is
what we have 2.5 k a 3.4 3.5 so you have 3.5 k and expenses let me just write
that down really fast so overall we have 3.5 k and expenses or liabilities excuse
me taking money out of your pocket a month
you’re looking pretty good you have 3.5 K coming out of your your pocket every
month but you’re making six point one so you’re almost you know your liabilities
are almost half of your assets which is just actually pretty solid when you’re
making this kind of money now I would implore you to try to keep that a little
bit less back a little bit more balanced and a little bit less but pretty pretty
solid now this is where most people go wrong so before we actually touch on
that cash flow you always want your assets obviously first and foremost be
way more than your liabilities but if you have your assets that are more than
your liabilities then you have positive cash flow if it’s the opposite then you
have negative cash flow and obviously you’re going into debt you’re using your
credit cards and that’s something that you want to completely avoid but people
most people get this right initially and that’s probably where you are but that’s
where they go wrong is because they don’t think about the unexplained
expenses they don’t think about adding liabilities or at or this changing at
all let’s say hypothetically you you know you got a new phone and your your
phone payment went up to 150 and you got a new car because you know you’re doing
really well and so you started paying let’s actually erase this why with my
finger I don’t know and you got a nice car 1k but then what happens your
insurance is going to go up almost assuredly so we’ll put this at like 1.3
I don’t know what that was just bear with me that this writing will just go
one point three and so maybe your rent goes down you get a little bit lucky at
one point for now what are your expenses looking like right so you have seventeen
hundred twenty seven hundred for hunt for K for four thousand one hundred five
and fifty bucks and that’s just that’s that’s switching it now so you have four
thousand what is it 150 as your expenses every month
not counting unplanned expensive what if your car breaks down what if you get
sick what if you go you know want your insurance doesn’t cover three dental
visits a year but you go to that third one what if you know you you break a leg
and your insurance doesn’t cover that broken leg
what are your unplanned expenses remember that these always always always
always always always happen always be prepared for them and other people also
go wrong over here with the assets first liabilities in the cash flow thinking
that this is going to stay the same it doesn’t always stay the same now
obviously be great in a perfect world if these were always increase but what if
your YouTube guess what your YouTube channel is is starting to pick up you’re
doing phenomenal and you make you’re making now one okay that’s a terrible
one boards for the roll with it 1k doing this fast what came up on YouTube you’re
killing it you’re completely killing it but you know a Chinese hijacker takes
your product on private labeling if you don’t know what that is just bear with
me I’m sure the majority of you watch this channel understand what private
labeling is basically someone hijacks your listing on Amazon and so that goes
to zero and guess what you get fired because you’ve been focusing a lot on
private labeling in your YouTube channel and it’s doing really well but your boss
realizes that you’re not really to to invest it in your job and so you lose it
now what are your assets ratio I abilities you’re making 1k a month no
longer this six point one and you’re going into debt because your liabilities
are four thousand one hundred five and fifty bucks every single month
so this isn’t this isn’t you know a set science guys these are always changing
you have to be cognizant of that build for success build for the long haul and
that’s why I say just because you start making money with one of these business
models doesn’t mean that you go out and you buy an expensive car it doesn’t mean
that you go out and you know you you get all these these expenses in or this nice
watch or anything to flaunt that you want to keep your liabilities as low as
possible especially when you’re building a
business at the start you know for the first year – at least at least and your
assets obviously that will give you the financial freedom and peace of mind to
focus on building these because you can do that without knowing that you have to
get in this rat race of you know paying these liabilities every month people get
out of the 9 to 5 culture because they want to get out of the rat race but then
they get right back into it as an entrepreneur so hope you like this video
I hope you like this lesson it was kind of a little bit you know of a teaching
lesson and kind of not as there’s a little sporadic and not as planned as
usual but I think it’s a really good valuable lesson for aspiring
entrepreneurs so hit that like button let me know that you appreciate it and
I’ll see you in the next one

Attack on Titan: 10 THINGS YOU MISSED! (OR DID YOU?) | Attack on Titan Season 3 Prep – Duration: 8:46. what’s up guys Foxen here! Attack on Titan season 3 is just around the corner
now! Today let’s go ahead and look at 10 things you may have missed from the
first season of attack on Titan. To start this off is something from the attack on
Titan season 1 opening you may have seen the shot for a quick second countless
times. Notice anything interesting about this Titan? Doesn’t it appear a bit
feminine? What if I told you that was actually Armin well sort of! It’s
actually a Titan based on Armin’s voice actor Marina. Isayama often likes to
use real people as references for the mindless Titans in fact Arman’s voice
actors eventually did appear as a Titan in the manga later on. Let’s see if they
actually keep this design of hers for season 3!
Let’s keep on going with the attack on titan season 1 opening did you notice
Eren can actually be spotted here running around and killing a Titan with
his 3d maneuver gear and blades however Eren only managed to kill
Titans in season 1 with his Titan shifter form. Recall that one time that
he tried? The santa claus titan had him for lunch or should i say a snack. It
wouldn’t be until four years later that Eren officially lost his Titan slashing
Recall that mysterious key that Eren just happened to find on him after
waking up one day? Eren’s father left him with that mission of getting to the
damn basement gotta go find some of that kinky Titan stash of his. Right here
notice the shape of the key it doesn’t it seem fairly unique go ahead and
compare this to the manga version of it. The original version seemed much less
special so there’s key item got an upgrade itself for the anime version
Perhaps it was just due to the original design being super dull. With the more
memorable design it’s easier to market and merchandise. They’ve already made
plenty of official real-life replicas of the attack on Titan key perhaps you even
You heard about how Isayama just loves having his mindless Titans help make
cameos for real people at least that’s one way of putting it!
Funny enough attack on titan season 1 return the favor for him. Isayama
himself appeared as a Titan in the anime did you catch it it was super
quick in the very first episode if you missed it and maybe a good chance to
So far the warrior trio Anne Bert and Reiner have played huge roles in the
attack on Titan anime who could ever forget Annie’s massive revealed to Eren
Mikasa and Armin neared the finale of attack on Titan season 1. Then you got
two more traitors revealing themselves with the armored Titan and colossal Titan
suddenly appearing midway through season 2. You just can’t trust anyone these days
of course all of this comes down to the Warriors being enemies towards humanity
However did you notice all the three warriors actually made early cameos back
in episode 2 and definitely go back and check you can see a young Annie briefly in
line getting some food. This would have been right after the colossal Titan an
armored Titan smashed the gates on wall Maria you then got a young armor and
colossol Titan hidden within the crowns hmm
don’t these two seem a little too shocked after finding out about the
government’s mission to reduce the population. I wonder whose fault that was!
By now I’m sure you’re very familiar with eren’s Titan abilities outside of
his Titan form. Eren has a healing factor so he could take a ton of bullets
and drinks all he wants so just like Deadpool. You wouldn’t see Eren fully
taking advantage of this until later after his first transformation. This
helped him recover his lost arm and leg however the anime actually hinted at
this ability earlier on. Recall that one time that Eren smashed his coconut on
the ground. That was way back when he was a scout trainee later that 90s saw
Eren’s head with bandages and oddly enough it was steaming hmm remind you of
anything that’s right that was definitely Eren’s healing
ability in play. Perhaps you thought it was only the anime exaggerating look for
comedic effect but nope it was right in front of you the whole time. The question
is who else wondered about Eren’s steaming body?
The standout item for Attack on Titan season one by far is a female Titan at
least in the second half any sudden reveal at the end definitely left an
impression especially for fans who were just getting into anime notably the
female Titan as the name suggests takes on a unique female appearance compared
to all the other Titans in the anime which religious mean is that any as a
Titan keeps her female bins every other Titan has a more male like appearance of
course but their own many tightened down there however there was actually another
Titan with extra assets in the anime take a look
notice anything that stands out for some strange reason this tight it has Titan
sized boobage just to understand it wasn’t one weird off model shot either
you get a close-up shot of this more womanly Titan in the same episode so
what’s going on why was this even here I don’t think you could write this off as
a simple anime mistake since Issei emma was involved at the point that the first
season was being developed the attack on Titan manga was still very young in the
30 or so chapters it is possible and they say I’m ahead and decided where he
was going with the Titans entirely at this point in fact early on ECMO was
actually asked if there were any female Titans in the story I’m sure that he
same I didn’t want to follow anything about the female Titan at the time say
you only said they’re rare this little Easter Egg here could’ve
been thrown in for later
let’s go ahead and switch over from Titan boobage to Aaron’s massive Titan
who wouldn’t want a piece of that forget about Levi I’m sure you want some
Titan sized ABS motors here that Eris Titan bot is actually based off the
MMA’s you see no kami his body was used as a model for the anime version of
reverence Titan the manga version of this Titan looked pretty different take
a look notice a much slimmer design forget about looking muscular with abs
on top of Bam’s this thing looks much more like a zombie it almost looks like
as Titan chest is sewn together nowadays among a version of eren’s Titan much
more resembles the updated anime design
sticking with average sexy Titan form let’s get a look at that beautiful face
this guy has a monk only me cos like a love but look closely at his eyes what
the hell was that early on in anime it actually shows Aaron’s tighten with the
nictitating membrane also known as a third eyelid in real life you could find
the stirred island on animals like sharks reptiles birds and some mammals
the purpose it exists is really to provide some protection to the eyes so
consider what it could mean for Aaron’s case gifts Aaron has to keep those green
eyes in perfect condition as he goes on a rampage of all devouring Titans
watch out Reiner and the beats Titan
now let’s go ahead and take a look at eren’s Titan reborn Sina after getting
snagged on by the santa claus titan eren Allie’s managed to get Arman the hell
away from there however did Arman just run away was a poor little guy even able
to move here check out everyone responding as an almighty Titan looks a
little gruesome I almost feel bad for that Titan that Aaron went all-in on but
did you notice Arman there for a split second there
Arman was actually pressing there with the front row seat for Aaron’s grand
entrance into the Titan battlefield Arman should have really told me cause
about that weird thing he just witnessed like a Titan coming out of a Titan what
the hell was up AB and poor little thing must have been too traumatized after
Aaron’s supposed death hey guys hope you enjoyed it be sure to give a con sums up
if you did and if you want to see more there’s a lot of little things hidden
impulse attack on Titan seasons that also includes a good chunk of juicy
stuff in the Junior High spin-off anyway here’s your question of the day how many

What’s the better choice: Mx4 or ACS12? Rainbow Six Siege – Duration: 14:32. What’s up guys, Rogue-9 here and first off, I want to thank all of you for your patience
because this video has been on my plate for longer than I would have liked it to be.
But the time has finally come for me to analyse and evaluate the new guns added to Rainbow
Six Siege with Operation Para Bellum!
As always, a link to my online stat sheet is in the description down below for those
of you who want to analyse the numbers for yourselves and with that, let’s start things
off by taking a closer look at Alibi’s primary weapon loadout!
Comparing the primary loadouts for both of the new defenders is of course kind of challenging
since one of their new guns is the ACS12 full-auto shotgun and the other either an SMG or LMG.
But I still want to approach this analysis so as to answer the question: What is the
best loadout to choose for each of the new ops under which circumstances.
So when it comes to Alibi, let’s start things off simple by examining her Berretta Mx4 Storm SMG.
The basic stats for this gun are a relatively high fire rate of 950 RPM, a capacity of 30+1
bullets, a very controllable recoil and of course a full 50 Mobility points (whatever
that means; #WhatEvenIsMobility).
And by the way, I did run a test to double check the actual in-game fire rate and you
will be happy to hear that it is accurate.
In terms of attachments, the Mx4 has access to the three unmagnified sights, the laser,
both the vertical & angled grip and five different barrel attachments, including the extended
barrel and who knows, maybe it’s finally not pointless anymore?!
I guess we’ll have to find that out.
The Mx4 has a baseline hip-fire spread that is nice and tight and if hipfiring is something
you do, it may be worth considering the laser sight, since that will give you even better performance.
That being said, hip-firing is usually a really bad idea in Siege so at the end of the day,
the choice is yours.
Ooh, before I forget a quick message from today’s sponsor: Fancy some free Rainbow Six Credits?
Well you can earn them by using AppBounty.
All you have to do is play games or use apps on your phone or tablet to earn gift cards
for Xbox, PSN, Steam or Amazon.
Download AppBounty from the link in the description below to earn rewards now!
In terms of picking which grip to run I would put forward the following considerations.
The baseline aim down sight time for the Mx4 is the same as almost all other SMGs in the
game, around 300ms which is quite decent but considering how controllable the gun is (even
without any attachments) I would argue that the vertical grip (which helps control recoil)
is almost redundant.
I have tried both grips and would argue that the aim down sight time advantage of the angled
grip is more useful for this weapon than the recoil control provided by the vertical grip.
For a detailed breakdown of the benefits of both grips, see my video from a little while
ago, link in the endcard.
And last but not least, in terms of muzzle attachment choice for recoil control, I have
also covered this topic in a past video, so I will not go into too much detail.
Let me just say that according to my in-game tests, the Muzzle Brake is the most suitable
for pretty much any weapon but it also comes down to personal choice a little, since all
of the different adapters will also affect other factors, such as horizontal sway or
how much the muzzle flash interferes with your target acquisition.
The only open question here is whether or not the Extended Barrel is finally worth using
and for that, we need to examine the gun’s damage drop-off profile.
For those of you who are somewhat familiar with the damage drop-offs in Rainbow Six Siege,
there is a really simple way to sum up the drop-off for the Mx4 and that is that it is
exactly the same as that of Valkyrie’s MPX.
Bassline damage is of course 26 points per shot and as with all SMGs, it drops off between
18 and 28m until it hits a minimum of 19 points.
That means 4 upper body shots to take down a 3 speed operator at close range, up to 17m,
going up to 5 shots at 27m or lower and 6 shots anywhere above 28m.
That’s not great and the only redeeming factor here is the high fire rate of 950 RPM.
This gives the Mx4 a damage output of 412 DPS which is pretty close to the 407 DPS average
for SMGs and exactly the same as that of Frost’s 9mm C1 and very similar to Ela’s Scorpion
which does 414 DPS.
So it’s not great, it’s not terrible; it’s ok and as long as you are aware of
the fact that you may need to land up to 7 body shots to down a 1 speed operator you
should be able to do quite well with the Mx4.
And now let me finally get to the extended barrel.
As you will know from my past tests, the Extended Barrel increases the minimum damage a gun
does after drop-off.
The beginning and endpoints of the drop-off curve are not affected and specifically for
the Mx4, this gives us a damage of 23 points against 3 speed operators at 28m or more,
instead of the 19 points you get without this attachment.
Does this make it worth using?
Well, the answer from me is still an emphatic: “No!”
Yes, the Extended Barrel can save you one shot to down or kill an opponent against all
three armour types at longer ranges but first of all, 6 instead of 7 shots or 5 instead
of 6 is not that much of a benefit and even more importantly: we all know by now that
the average distance for kills in Rainbow Six is consistently below 10m and with the
Extended Barrel on the Mx4, you won’t see any advantage until at least 20m distance.
Nope, my conclusion remains: Extended Barrel?
Pointless, don’t do it.
In terms of the time to down or kill (TTK) the Mx4 is just below the average for SMGs
when going up against 3 speeds and 1 speeds but just above average for 2 speeds.
Not amazing, not terrible but decent.
And now over to the other option for Alibi, the first fully automatic shotgun in the game, the ACS12.
It has a massive capacity of 30+1 shots , does 27 points of baseline damage for each of the
8 pellets, has a fire rate of 300 RPM (yes, I double checked) and of course, most importantly:
it has a mobility rating of #FloggingADeadHorse #OldJokesAreBestJokes.
The recoil, as you might expect is off the chart.
And I literally mean: off the chart… the second impact is so high up on the recoil
chart that it is not even displayed.
In terms of attachments, you once again have a choice of grips, vertical to take your recoil
from crazy to kind of manageable or angled to give you that super-fast ADS.
I would say in this case, that ADS time is probably not quite as important and recoil
kind of is, so my choice will be the vertical grip but hey, if you’re feeling adventurous,
you can give the angled grip a spin and see what you think of it.
Apart from this, you can pick any of the three non-magnified optics, depending on your personal
taste and of course there is the laser for a 25% tighter hip-fire spread.
I have discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the laser in a separate video as well and
the short version of all of my tests and reasoning around that video is that yes, there are risks
around using a laser but the improvement to hip-fire spread can be very useful, especially for shotguns.
So for the sake of being able to actually use the ACS in combat, I would say that it
may well be worth attaching.
And now to start off our analysis of this weapon, let’s first look at the raw damage drop-off stats.
27 damage times 8 may sound decent but if you think back to my pre-Para Bellum video
comparing all of the shotguns, you will remember that previously the lowest damage per pellet
was 30 on Caveira’s SPAS-15.
To make matters worse for the ACS, damage starts to drop off after only 2m distance
to target and continues to drop all the way to 17m and onwards where the damage is 12 points per pellet.
So I think it’s already safe to conclude here that the large mag and full-auto fire
capability of the ACS are balanced out with sub-par damage.
But we have to also consider the gun’s pellet spread when judging the damage potential.
In this sense, the ACS is a bit weird.
The hip fire spread while standing still is really good, basically the same as the best
primary shotguns, the SG-CQB and the M870.
When it comes to the ADS spread or the hip-fire spread while jogging though, the ACS is quite
poor, pretty much as bad as that of the SASG-12 or the FO-12.
So the ACS has relatively good stationary hip fire but does that help at all?
I really struggle to see how, since the most common engagements will either be while aiming
down sights or while moving or maybe even both.
Now let’s combine some of the stats we know to calculate some quantifiable results that
will let us evaluate the ACS compared to other shotguns in a more practical way.
If we multiply the damage per pellet at each distance with the fire rate and an estimate
of how many pellets will land on target at each distance (based on the spread), we end
up with an adjusted damage per second figure.
This can be calculated for each of the three spread types we measured earlier, ADS – stationary,
hip-fire – stationary and hip-fire moving.
And ok, to be fair and as you can see, calculating the stats for three different types of spread
is kind of overkill.
The differences are not that significant and only occur between around 4m and 16m because
up close, all 8 pellets will hit and above 16m you will usually land just one pellet in all three cases.
Nevertheless, what’s done is done and the important takeaway here is that the ACS’
DPS of 1080 point is pretty good and puts it above most other shotguns in the game but
this advantage evaporates pretty quickly and by 5m or maybe 6m distance, the guns is pretty mediocre.
As is to be expected, the potential one-hit-kill distance of the gun (assuming perfect centre
mass aim) is just that little bit lower than most of the other shotguns but that’s not
really an issue, given the fire rate and magazine size.
The ADS time of the ACS is very comparable to most other guns at around 300ms but with
the angled grip, you can get it as low as 174ms, which is blazing fast and very helpful
if you can manage the recoil without the vertical grip.
Reload time for the ACS is essentially the same as that of the SASG and compared to other
mag fed shotguns, it is straight up the worst in the game right now but what could we really
expect with 30 round mags.
From a balance perspective, the less often you need to reload, the longer the reload
should theoretically be.
So what does all of this mean?
Well the ACS12 is definitely a unique weapon with characteristics that, at first glance,
might suggest that it is far more powerful than all of the other shotguns.
But when all of the different stats are factored in, we can see that it is simply a decent
shotgun in terms of its combat capabilities.
It’s not the best choice but definitely capable as long as you get as close as possible
to your target and hold on to that trigger as long as it takes for your opponent to understand
that you really want them to sit out the rest of the round.
At the end of the day though, the fact still remains that shotguns as a whole are an inferior
weapon class in Rainbow Six and for good reason.
In many cases, bringing a shotgun is not about taking on your opponents but instead, it is
about the breaching capabilities that this weapon class brings with it.
This is most important for defenders reshaping the map in the pre-round phase but to a degree
can also be true for attackers.
Is the ACS a good tool for reshaping the map?
Well, I think we all know by now that it is hands down the best in the game by far!
Deleting entire walls, ceilings or floors in seconds can be awesome fun.
But is this necessary for any given defensive setup?
Sadly, I don’t think it is, so as awesome the ACS is as a tool of destruction, your
team is probably better off with a different operator bringing a shotgun and Alibi sticking
to Mx4 as a much more versatile combat weapon.
One thing I will say though, if there is any particular type of operator you would want
with a shotgun, it’s probably a 3 speed since they are more capable at quickly rounding
a corner or closing the distance to their target, compare to the slower OPS.
At the end of the day, if you want to bring the ACS12 for its incredible meme-factor,
I would say that you may as well equip it on Alibi.
So there you have it, all of the details on the capabilities of the ACS and Mx4 and how
to best set these guns up and use them in practice.
As mentioned at the beginning, if you want to peruse these stats at your own leisure,
you know where to find the link!
Over to you, what do you think of these two guns?
Do you ever run the ACS and do you manage to have any decent success with it?
Let me know in the comments section below!
One last, comment before I leave you for today, if you have enjoyed my YouTube streams in

Which is Better? Alternative GGO or Main Series Sword Art Online? – Duration: 11:23. Original Sword Art Online is better because Kirito is soooo c lll
w h Alternative Gun Gale Online is so much better
because it’s not written by Kawahara w h
SAO Protagonists have plot armor nothing bad happens to them evurrr
w h *gets cancer*
Let’s drop the bullshit arguments to impress
10 year olds on the internet, shall we?
If you’d look for a review of Sword Art Online Alternative on Youtube.
You are likely to find 2 opposite ends of the spectrum.
For some reason, every reviewer wants to compare AGGO to the main series SAO and most of them
find themselves at a very hard dilemma that is described in this simple meme.
They either praise Alternative GGO, for the sole purpose of indirectly shitting on the
main series SAO or they shit on AGGO, to be able to shit on the brand that is SAO.
Well, you can see the common point of the two endpoints of the spectrum.
That is the spectrum of “How can I hate on SAO?”.
They are so hell bent on this purpose, that they do not even realize the fact that the
two series, are not directly comparable, almost to a point where they are a different genre.
But aren’t both of them Sci-Fi action shows Gamer, I feel like you are doing a bit of
a stretch here?
Oh, I can see why you can be confused.
That’s mainly because none of these reviewers actually review much, but rather share their
opinions on things.
Because if they actually reviewed the thing, rather than trying to ride a hate train, maybe
they would have mentioned the simple difference between the two shows…
But instead, all they say is either “Apples are better than Oranges” or “Both Apples and
Oranges are bad, I hate fruit”.
Now before I begin, I would like to point out that your opinion is yours and yours only.
I am not here to convince you to love main series SAO if you don’t like it.
I’m not gonna try to persuade you into thinking AGGO is amazing.
How much value you find in a product, depends on your personal preferences.
I am merely here to point out, what no other “reviewer” pointed out so far, because they
are driving their personal agendas.
Anyways, this one simple difference I’m talking about, is what drives the story and the development
of individual personalities.
Sword Art Online main series is an Adventure driven story, where the adventure shapes a
character, while Alternative GGO is a character driven story, where the adventure is shaped
by the character instead.
Stay with me on this.
I’m gonna start with the main series Sword Art Online.
At the beginning of Aincrad, we do not know much about Kirito’s personality, aside from
the fact that he is an avid gamer, who feels more alive in the Virtual World than he does
in the real one.
That’s literally the only information we are given about him and honestly, that is all
we need to know in his instance.
And of course, we all know what happens right afterwards.
Kayaba traps the entire Aincrad population in the game.
Kirito was effectively put into an adventure, he didn’t wish for himself, and the adventure
he was put in, shapes his personality throughout.
Same thing can be said for future arcs as well, Asuna is trapped, so Kirito has to step
In Phantom Bullet, Death Gun is killing people and Kikouka, in the name of the government,
asks him to investigate, so he has to step up.
Let’s not go there before the anime even started.
In the main series Sword Art Online, things happen to Kirito which Kirito finds himself
in a spot to react to, he finds himself in situations where needs to thrive, by learning
and adapting, which shapes himself as a character over time.
The only arc where the main protagonist actively pursues the story they want, is Mothers Rosario,
where Asuna takes an active lead for her personal reasons, hence why most people approach that
arc very differently, than they do to other arcs.
Some shortsighted people claim that arc is better because it has less Kirito, but that
is completely absurd.
The difference is not that there is less Kirito, the difference is Kawahara trying a different
perspective of storytelling in this short story.
Aside from Mothers Rosario, the focal driving point of the story is the adventure itself,
rather than the protagonist.
It is the Adventures that made Kirigaya Kazuto into Kirito.
Heck, if I’d go a bit deeper to highlight a point, in a priority ranking in terms of
focus, the Adventure takes the top spot by being the driving factor of the story, the
world takes the second spot, hence why we never go too much into detail of each world
and character takes the third spot, where the character is affected by the story revolving
around him and he only experiences parts of the games that are vital to his isolated adventure.
This is also the reason why people assume Kirito is a blank slate, because not many
people enjoy reading into things, but how Kirito develops throughout the series is an
entirely different topic.
So, before I compare this ranking to Alternative GGO, let’s first contrast our entry to this
We have a character, that is established as a rich university student, who is shy due
to her personal insecurities based on her past and one day, she finally decides to take
She decides using Gun Gale Online as a tool, to overcome her insecurities and instead of
being affected by the adventure itself, she is the one who creates the adventure and actively
shapes it instead, while beating her insecurities throughout.
LLENN is the one shaping the adventure, while Kirito is the one being shaped by the adventure.
And to bring back the priority ranking from earlier, compared to the main series, Alternative
GGO holds their characters in the first place, making them the focal part of the story.
In the first arc, the entire story is driven by LLENN, while the second arc, is driven
by LLENN and Pitohui.
The overall adventure is so inconsequential compared to the personal story thread driving
both Karen and Elsa, that even said “adventure” comes to an end in such an anticlimactic way.
Meanwhile, the world takes the second spot.
Similar to the main series, VR World is just a tool that is used to make this story happen.
But how is that tool used exactly?
Well, the answer is clear from this picture.
In the main series SAO, the VR World is mostly a tool to tell the adventure, so most things
are glossed over and we experience the parts of the world that are brought up by the adventure
affecting the protagonist.
Going over to the AGGO side, the VR World is a tool for these characters to deal with
their personal issues.
LLENN is much more of an active participant in the world due to her being the driving
factor of the story, hence why we get to learn a lot about the World of Gun Gale Online,
simply because we follow the character instead of the Adventure and that provides more opportunities
to expand the world.
Meanwhile, Kirito, yes still an active protagonist since he takes various different actions after
the initial push, still stands at a much more passive point, since it is the “Adventure”
that is the focal point the story is presenting, in the end, leading us to see the world in
a much more limited way.
So long story short, while Alternative GGO is much more of a Character Story featuring
an Adventure in a VR setting, main series Sword Art Online is an Adventure Story featuring
Characters in a VR setting.
All in all, it is not that one is better than the other.
It is that both series have different focal points and a different narrative structure
and you just prefer one type of narrative over the other, which is perfectly fine!
Everybody enjoys their own thing and there is no reason to shit on other opinions.
Anyways, this was a different kind of analysis video, compared to my Explained videos, so
feel free to provide feedback!
Do you agree with my perspective that both series are trying to convey a different story
telling structure and that structure coming with its natural pros and cons or do you feel
like what I said was a total stretch, let me know what you thing in the comments!
Also, do keep in mind that what I talked about in this video, obviously is not the sole difference
between the series.
There are naturally other criticisms or praises to be made for both SAO and AGGO, but rather
this was my take on the main difference between the storytelling of both.
If you enjoyed this, likes are always appreciated.
I have no plans of making a “Review” styled video for AGGO, so over the summer, what you
can expect from me is one “What is Sword Art Online Alicization?”
video, similar to my introduction video to AGGO, where I tell you about the basics of
Alicization, without touching the spoilers, which is going to be a hard task, so I’m going
to be taking my time with it.
Im expecting to upload that video around Mid-August.
As for the rest of the summer, I’ll be talking about the Anime series I watched throughout
my life, some I really enjoyed, some I was indifferent and some just pushed me away mid
They won’t be reviews per se, I’ll just be sharing my very personal perspectives in that
series, and the comments will be more of a discussion with you guys as to if you enjoyed
them or not and of course what kind of a perspective you had when you watched them.
Naturally, Sonic Mania Plus is coming out next week, so you can expect a playthrough
As for the rest of the summer, I’ll probably upload a playthrough of a non-Sonic and non-SAO
That Uncharted 3 has been sitting in my drawer for long enough.
As usual, huge thanks to my Patrons, Tiffany and CandelaShred who have been directly supporting
my channel for 8 months and 2 months respectively.
I hope you guys enjoy the videos I have planned for the upcoming weeks!
I’ll see you all next time, take care!

Unionized Or Not, Teachers Struggle To Make Ends Meet, NPR/Ipsos Poll Finds – Duration: 7:58. Unionized Or Not, Teachers Struggle To Make Ends Meet, NPR/Ipsos Poll Finds
More than 9 in 10 teachers say they joined the profession for idealistic reasons — “I wanted to do good” — but most are struggling to some extent economically.
Those findings come from a nationally representative survey by NPR and Ipsos of more than 500 teachers across the country.
The poll was conducted in April amid widespread walkouts in several states, including Colorado, Oklahoma, Kentucky, West Virginia, and currently Arizona.
While the story in each state is a little different, calls for better compensation and more school funding are common, as is the mood — fed up.
We wanted to gauge how widely these sentiments are shared.
Here’s what we found:.
To make ends meet, 59 percent of teachers have worked a second job.
46 percent have run up debt to make ends meet, and 36 percent have done so in the last year.
More than 8 in 10 have bought school supplies with their own money.
And 69 percent say they’ve devoted time in the past year to helping students, even when not on the clock.
“I’ve done tutoring, I’ve done babysitting, I’ve cleaned houses, at one point, I did some office cleaning in the evenings,” Dayna Smith, a high school English teacher in Gilbert, Ariz., tells NPR in an interview.
“I think all teachers at one point or another have done that.”.
In addition to looking at teachers’ everyday economic struggles, we looked at the role of unions in their lives.
One might assume that with teacher walkouts in the news day after day, that the national teachers unions, like the American Federation of Teachers and the National Education Association, would be growing in membership and reputation and gaining political capital going forward.
But they don’t get all the credit for what is happening.
In fact, most of the teacher uprisings, with the exception of Colorado, have taken place in right-to-work states, meaning employees do not have to pay dues to a union to be in a workplace covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
In these states, as you might guess, unions tend to be smaller and have less power.
Teachers have organized within unions and also outside them, using social media and other means.
And they’ve often used sick days and other leave to walk out, instead of technically going on strike.
“This is not a union strike,” Larry Cagle, of the grass-roots organization Oklahoma Teachers United, told NPR.
A little fewer than half of the teachers in our sample belong to a union.
This is representative of the teaching workforce nationwide.
And what we found was that, not surprisingly, nonunion teachers had lower opinions of organized labor.
Fully 90 percent of unionized teachers said they “approve” of their local teachers’ union.
Just 44 percent of nonunion teachers approved.
Just half of nonunion teachers approved of national teachers’ unions and just 36 percent liked their state teachers’ union leadership; three-quarters of unionized teachers approved of both.
Eva Shultz, a fifth-grade teacher in New Haven, Conn., and an AFT member, responded to our poll.
“I really appreciate my union — they really do have teachers’ backs,” she told NPR in an interview.
We asked teachers whether they believe public school teachers have the right to strike, and 82 percent of our respondents agreed.
That number included 81 percent of nonunion teachers, and was higher than the general public we polled last week.
But Smith, the Arizona English teacher, stayed at home while thousands of teachers marched through Phoenix last week.
She agrees with the reasons behind the strike in her state — but says, “My problem is that we’re public employees.
We’re not hurting a nameless, faceless corporation.
We’re hurting the people we’re supposed to be here to serve.”.
Schultz, in Connecticut, supports the teachers who are walking out — but, she says, “It shouldn’t have had to get to that point for these teachers to be heard.
” And she said, “it’s going to be difficult for those students.
Just 47 percent of nonunion teachers approve of how their local union handles issues like negotiating salaries and benefits.
And just 42 percent approved of their advocating for teachers in politics.
When it came to the impact of unions on education in general?.
77 percent of unionized teachers agreed that teachers unions improve the quality of education.
Just 49 percent of nonunionized teachers felt the same way.
Finally, we asked nonunion teachers whether they would like to join a union.
Just 19 percent said unequivocally yes.

Back me or there’ll be no Brexit: Prime Minister warns rebel MPs – Duration: 19:33. Theresa May has warned there may be ‘no Brexit at all’ because of attempts to wreck her controversial blueprint for Britain’s departure from the European Union
She claims that rival Commons revolts by warring pro- and anti-Europe Tory MPs threaten to sabotage hopes of winning a post-Brexit deal for Britain
And in a hard-hitting message to Brussels, the Prime Minister says she will not budge an inch on the proposed Brexit deal she agreed with Cabinet Ministers at her Chequers summit
Writing in today’s Mail on Sunday, Mrs May dramatically raises the stakes in her bid to win support for her proposal to make a success of leaving the EU
Her fighting talk comes after US President Donald Trump enraged Downing Street last week by claiming that Mrs May should be more ‘brutal’ towards Brussels, and also follows reports that Conservative MPs are threatening to force her to quit
In a bold attempt to kill off plots by both Brexit and Remainer MPs to make her tear up her new Brexit policy, the Prime Minister says: ‘My message to the country this weekend is simple: we need to keep our eyes on the prize
‘If we don’t, we risk ending up with no Brexit at all.’She implies that Tory Brexit rebels who have denounced her ‘common rule book’ plan with the EU on trade regulations could risk a revival of terrorism in Northern Ireland, ‘break up our precious UK’ with a new border with the Irish Republic – and destroy jobs
She also lashes out at Conservative Remain MPs hoping to defeat her in a Commons vote this week by keeping Britain in the EU Customs Union
It would be the ‘ultimate betrayal’ of the EU referendum and kill off the UK’s prospects of winning its own trade deals, she says, and she would ‘not stand for it’
Vowing to dig in her heels at the next round of Brussels talks, she says: ‘Some people have asked whether our Brexit deal is just a starting point from which we will regress

‘Her comments are mirrored by Mr Trump in an exclusive interview with Piers Morgan conducted on Air Force One during his visit to Britain
The President said it was vital Mrs May took a tough line in talks with Brussels so she could ‘carve out’ a trade deal with the US
Asked if Mrs May had managed to change his mind about his incendiary claim made on the eve of his trip that she was watering down Brexit, Mr Trump said: ‘No
My position is the same. If you speak to the Prime Minister, she’s saying, “No, it is Brexit, but we’re leaving certain things

He would not reveal the details of their conversation but added: ‘She said it’s a very – and she’s right – it’s a very complex problem
‘ Despite Mrs May’s plea to Tories to rally round, grandees from rival wings of the Conservative Party have made dire forecasts of Brexit’s impact on the party
Brexit rebel MPs have privately set Wednesday as the deadline to obtain the 48 signatures necessary to force a leadership challenge before the Commons summer recess
One said: ‘If those signatures don’t come in by the middle of this week, Theresa May will be safe until the autumn
‘ Lord Spicer, who chaired the Conservatives’ 1922 Committee of MPs from 2001 until 2010, said the split over Europe could lead to a breakaway pro-Brexit Tory Party being launched
‘It may be time for the Conservative Party to split into two parts,’ said Lord Spicer, who founded the Tory Brexit campaign group, the European Research Group, now run by Jacob Rees-Mogg
‘You cannot expect those who wish to leave the EU to vote for the opposite, and vice-versa,’ the peer added
Veteran pro-European Ken Clarke claimed the Tories were having a ‘Brexit nervous breakdown’ which could topple the ‘unfathomable and irritating’ Mrs May
And he warned the Conservative Party was ‘profoundly, deeply divided about Brexit’, which had brought it to the brink of total collapse
‘If we had a leadership election, blood would be running in the gutter,’ said Mr Clarke
He also mocked his detractors, saying: ‘When they can’t think of any arguments, they say, “Oh, you are trying to undermine the referendum”
‘Former Tory leader Iain Duncan Smith told Mrs May to her face last week that she was a ‘terrible poker player’
In a tense exchange at Downing Street, the leading Brexiteer accused her of being too soft with Brussels
‘You have shown your hand too early,’ Mr Duncan Smith told her.Mrs May’s allies claim that pro-Brexit Tories used Mr Trump’s aides to encourage him to attack her ahead of his UK visit
Last night, Mr Rees-Mogg said: ‘Conservatives across the country expect the Government to deliver on its promises and want members of parliament to hold it to account
‘To do this there may be occasions when we vote against the Government to deliver Brexit
This week’s votes will be part of this process.’ My deal is the only Brexit deal – wreck it at your peril: THERESA MAY’s steely warning to Tory rebels AND those bully boys from BrusselsBy Theresa May for the Mail on Sunday Our Brexit deal for Britain seizes the moment to deliver the democratic decision of the British people and secure a bright new future for our country outside the European Union
It restores our national sovereignty, so that it is our Government that decides who comes into our country, our Parliaments that make our laws and our courts that enforce them
It puts an end to the vast membership subscriptions we pay to Brussels, delivering a Brexit dividend to support domestic priorities like our long-term plan for the NHS
It grasps the opportunities of an independent trade policy, freeing us to forge new trade deals with allies across the world – including America, where President Trump has made it clear he wants a trade deal and is now confident we will be able to do it
And it enables us to build the new economic and security partnerships we want to see with the European Union
Because Brexit isn’t about trading with other countries instead of trading with Europe, it is about doing both
This is the scale of the opportunity before us and my message to the country this weekend is simple: we need to keep our eyes on the prize
If we don’t, we risk ending up with no Brexit at all. This is a time to be practical and pragmatic – backing our plan to get Britain out of the European Union on March 29 next year and delivering for the British people
I know there are some who have concerns about the ‘common rule book’ for goods and the customs arrangements which we have proposed will underpin the new UK-EU free trade area
I understand those concerns. But the legacy of Brexit cannot be a hard border between Northern Ireland and Ireland that unpicks the historic Belfast Agreement
It cannot be the breaking up of our precious United Kingdom with a border down the Irish Sea
And it cannot be the destruction of integrated supply chains and just-in-time processes on which jobs and livelihoods depend
This means we have to have friction-free movement of goods, avoiding the need for customs and regulatory checks between the UK and the EU
And this cannot happen if products have to go through different tests for different markets, or if customs declarations have to be made at the UK/EU border
I am yet to see a workable alternative future trading arrangement that would deliver on our commitments to Northern Ireland, preserve the constitutional integrity of the UK and deliver on the result of the referendum
But our Brexit deal for Britain achieves exactly this – and it can work. For the common rule book only covers industrial goods and agricultural products and only those rules which are necessary to ensure free flow at the border
The regulations that are covered are largely stable and supported by a large share of our manufacturing businesses
And there will always be a parliamentary lock to ensure that our Parliament has the sovereign ability to reject any new law or regulation, while recognising there would be proportionate implications for the operation of the future relationship, were they to do so
So I believe we need to come together behind our plan.As the Trade Bill returns to the Commons this week, there are some planning to vote for amendments that would tie us to a permanent customs union with the EU
This would be the ultimate betrayal of the Brexit vote. It would remove our ability to have an independent trade policy at all, conceding Britain’s role on the global stage as a force for free trade and endangering people’s jobs and livelihoods
This Government will never stand for that. There are others who are planning to try and bring down a Bill that is essential in enabling us to prepare for life outside the European Union
This would put at risk our ability to make the necessary preparations for a no deal
And this could lead to a damaging and disorderly Brexit because without this Bill passing we would not be able to retain the benefits of more than 40 existing trade arrangements; and neither will we have the means to protect consumers, industries and workers from being undercut by unfairly traded goods in a post-Brexit Britain
As I have said many times, we can get a good deal and that is what is best for Britain
But we should also prepare for no deal. Not to do so would be grossly irresponsible
So I urge Parliamentarians on all sides to consider this when they are voting. Finally, some people have asked whether our Brexit deal is just a starting point from which we will regress
So let me be clear. Our Brexit deal is not some long wish-list from which negotiators get to pick and choose
It is a complete plan with a set of outcomes that are non-negotiable.People voted to end free movement
So free movement will end. People voted to end the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice in our country; and we are going to deliver that too
We will leave the Single Market and customs union, and get out of the Common Agricultural Policy and the Common Fisheries Policy
We will have that independent trade policy and a new UK-EU free trade area with a common rulebook for industrial goods and agricultural products
We will maintain high standards in keeping with our values, so we continue to promote open and fair trade
We will have that parliamentary lock on all new rules and regulations. We will not tolerate a hard border between Northern Ireland and Ireland or between Great Britain and Northern Ireland
And we will maintain close co-operation with the EU on security to keep our people safe while ensuring we have our own independent foreign and trade policy
None of these things is up for debate. So the negotiations with the European Union are not going to be easy for Brussels – and I don’t intend them to be
As President Trump has said, I’m a tough negotiator. And just as I made clear to him on Friday – I say to the British people today: I am not going to Brussels to compromise our national interest; I am going to fight for it
I am going to fight for our Brexit deal – because it is the right deal for Britain

What not to say to someone who suffers from depression or anxiety – Duration: 4:05. When a friend, co-worker or family member is experiencing depression or anxiety, it’s important to know what to say and how to behave, psychologists warn
In Australia, anxiety is the most common mental health condition. On average, one in four people will experience anxiety at some stage in their life
Depression is just as prevalent with an estimated three million Australians currently suffering from the disorder
So you will inevitably find yourself in a situation where you’re attempting to reassure someone you care about
Clinical psychologist Lillian Nejad says there are three main groups of unhelpful statements to be avoided when speaking so someone having a difficult time:Invalidating statements (‘everything will be fine’)Intolerant statements (‘just be happy’)Judgemental statements (‘you have everything, you have no reason to feel bad’) “When you’re invalidating, you’re creating distance between you and the person you care about because what you are saying means that you do not understand what they are going through,” Ms Nejad tells
Depression and anxiety can be intertwining, quite often sharing similar signs and symptoms such as having a lack of energy, feelings of worthlessness, feeling low for long periods of time, overly worried about the present and the future and doubtful of circumstances changing or improving
And while you might feel like you know what the sufferer is going through, it’s inappropriate to recommend solutions, such as getting exercise or meditating, Ms Nejad says
“Your emotional experiences are not the same as another person’s which means what works for you may not work for someone else
” It’s also extremely important not to be negative. “People who feel anxious or depressed are their harshest critics, your judgemental statements just compound the problem rather than alleviate it
“So what should you do? Rather than judge, clinical psychologist Renee Miller suggests validating the sufferer’s feelings and to not attempting to minimise their problem, no matter how big or small it may seem
“[Depression and anxiety] is different to what stressed or sad people feel,” Ms Miller explains
“People suffering anxiety and or depression want to be validated and understood, they want support and unconditional love
” Statements such as, “I can see you’re having a difficult time”, or “call me if you need”, and asking how they are, are simple yet effective
Ms Najed adds: “Letting people know you are there if they need you is very important and can provide them with hope
